  • Stealing, lying, cheating... Those are all things that Darktalon has done in the past. He joined a small Clan by the name of BirchClan in the hopes of getting away from those that he owed debts to. He's convinced the cats of BirchClan that he is a good warrior and even a fine gentleman, fighting for his Clan and even watching after the kits.

He happens to come across your character one night and the two instantly click. They have so much in common... Right? Darktalon only tells half the truth in the hopes of winning your character over.

Then there comes that one fateful day when the rogue cats find him. They demand their payments, but Darktalon denies that he knows them. The rogue cats finally crack him and capture him to pay off his debts. Even after all that, your cat still has a liking for Darktalon. The two eventually meet up when the rogues leave for a split second, and your cat helps him break free. Darktalon explains the entire situation, and for the first time in his life, he actually has feelings for another. Your cat, though is at first a little disappointed, forgives him. They go back to BirchClan and Darktalon explains and is given a punishment, but is still welcomed back into the Clan. They end up having a litter of kits, but that poses a few problems. The rogues are back, and they steal them in the middle of the night. What would happen?

The long-furred gray tabby tom snagged a rather plump robin from the fresh-kill pile and sat by the pond. He watched the frogs on the lily pads and the birds up above chirping happily. The sight was just enough to make him smile. He took a bite of his meal, savoring each and every morsel. The food in BirchClan was incredible compared to the scraps that he had to fight for back at Twolegplace. He flicked his ear as he heard someone approaching and turned his head slightly to face the visitor. He grinned, motioning with his tail for the she-cat to sit next to him.

"Hello, there!" he greeted her politely, letting a light rumbling purr escape his throat. "I don't believe we've met before."

  • "Hello" replied the white she cat. She had a white coat with blue colored ice eyes. She sat next to the tom, her name was Snowsong. She smiled at him neatly curling her tail around her paws.

  • "I'm Darktalon," he replied, his gaze softening. "What's a lovely lady like you doing at a place like this?" He let a light chuckle proceed his words.

  • Dovesong blushed a little and replied," I thought I might hunt a little to get some exercise." She always loved to hunt, but though at times she would find herself caught up in the scenery as well. Her heart would soar with the sky, or she would feel as humble as the earth beneath her.

  • "Hunting is nice," the tom mewed, eating one last bite of the robin before burying the bony remains. He rose to his paws and glanced at the white she-cat with a friendly gaze. "How about I come with you?"

  • "That would be nice." She said letting a purr escape her throat. She walked silently through the forest beside him and asked," I'm sorry but I don't believe I got your name. I'm Snowsong."

  • "What a lovely name," he purred before answering the question that had been asked. "I'm Darktalon. Where would you like to hunt?"

  • "How about by the hill where thst old oak is." She pointed with her tail in the direction in which they would go. Through the debris you could see a giant tree ahead, but behind it there was a hill which sloped down towards a flat grassy area.

  • Darktalon nodded, following the slender white she-cat. The scent of a rodent reached his nose. He crouched after hearing scuffling, carefully following the sound. He disappeared into the debris, later returning with a shrew hanging from his jaws.

  • "Nice catch!" Snowsong commented as she headed down the hill. Staying alert as she saw a squirell nibbling on a nut, not bothering to look up. Carefully she crouched down stepping as lightly as she could. She pounced! She carried the squirell back over to Darktalon, and burried it.

  • "Thanks, you too," he smiled, but it soon vanished. He noticed a rather large bird perched on one of the oak tree's sturdy branches. "Is... Is that an eagle?"

  • "We better tell Bearstar about this before it attacks camp," Darktalon spoke calmly, digging up the prey they had previously killed. He tossed Snowsong her squirrel and began to head back to camp.

  • Snowsong followed Drarktalon. She walked right next to him their pelts almost brushing. She edged further away to the lead as they got closer to camp.

  • The stocky tom noticed a dark brown tabby rising from the leader's den. He hurried over to Snowsong and meowed in a hushed voice, "There's Bearstar."

  • Darktalon gave a short nod before confronting the leader. A patrol was sent out to fight it off, and they were successful. The sun set over the horizon and everyone headed to their dens. The dark gray tabby was saying his good-byes to the playful kits in the nursery when he bumped into Snowsong. "Oh, hey again!" he grinned sheepishly.

  • "Hi!" She purred,"I heard the patrol got the eagle that's great!" She looked into his eyes and felt something but what! Afterall she just met this cat how could she feel anything. He just thought of her as a friend, as she should towards him....right?

  • "Yeah, we'll be eating eagle for moons!" he stifled a laugh. This she-cat was awfully friendly with him. It was as if he had her tied around his paw!

  • She laughed too. She stretched and yaned," Well I better get some sleep, I have the dawn patrol tomorrow." She then padded past him and went to her nest, she fell asleep immediately.
