  • Akari studied the trio, they were definitely not weak or scared. Akari eyed the biggest one, Kudos. She heard dominance in his tone but she didn't care she glared at him with low growl "I'm Akira and these two are" she flicked her tail to the other but of course not in a rude manor for the Alpha "Kapu, our Alpha male and the other one is his brother..." She didn't know his name but she kept her gaze evenly with the brute "ok then Kudos, Adante, and Monti" she pretty much respected feas like herself a lot. But she didn't do that to the brutes. "Why don't you hunt your own food?" She sapped annoyed.

    (Its fine x3)

  • Kapu pushed his chest out and raised his tail, asserting his dominance over the pack. "As Akari said, I am Kapu, the alpha of this territory. What are your intentions here?" His emerald eyes were still flaming, but the shaking had subsided. He looked amongst the three, and really there was no threat there. "Akari worked hard for this kill for our pack, we do not appreciate you trying to steal that from her." He stood close to Akari, towering over the fae. This was his family now, no one would take that away.

  • Monti slowly exposed more submission to the group. Not because she was a fae, or the youngest of the three, but because this conversation already felt exhausted. Enough with their own excuses, it was about time they told their own story. The she-wolf listed her head towards Adante, in which she knew would be able to handle the heat without breaking out into an unnecessary war. Kudos's masculine frame rocked forward in approach to the pack, but Monti immediately stopped him. "No, Kudos. Let Adante speak, their is no point in causing a fight." she ushered the warning, met with a unpleasant glare of her older brother. Adante quietly stepped up, "We came up North following the tracks because we knew the grass up here was thicker. Unfortunately, it not the same down south. And if you can't except the fact that we, like everyone else, are willing to fight for our survival, than I'm sorry, but we are not going change."

  • Akari thought for a moment at his words, he didn't sound like a liar so she nodded in respect. "I see then I am sorry for the outburst" She closed her blue orbs and dipped her said apologetically but she muttered "Kaph" she whispered to the Alpha so the others won't heart, "We could use more wolves can't we?" She smiled as she spoke quietly but firmly but of course, respectfully

(I'll be more descriptive when I get on my laptop right now I'm posting from mobile)

  • Kapu's lips twitched slightly at the brute's words, discarding Akari's words. These wolves did not want to be allies. "There are three of you, why can't you hunt for your own kill?", his words were laced with venom, "I will not tolerate outsiders ganging up on one of my pack members. She is family and you threatened her, I should rip you to shreds.", he snapped at Adante. He then turned his eyes to the fae of their trio, Monte. "Surely you weren't just going to let them attack her for her kill. Two brutes against a fae her size? That would be like me and my brother attacking you. Although Akari is a strong fae, she would be no chance against two hungry brutes." He let his own words sink in, and suddenly his hair flattened, "Is that what's wrong? Are you three really that hungry?" His green eyes were softer now, as was his voice.

  • Adante flicked his ears. "Yeah, we could have caught another one. But it would have been to much trouble to chase down a bunch of does who were way out of our reach already-" Monti shoved a shoulder into her brother's flank, causing him to choke on his sentence. "He wasn't talking to you." she pressured through clenched teeth, shifting her weight on her paws. She was looking at the Alpha now, "I'll admit we are hungry. But I'm tired of arguing, so we'll get off your tail now." she exchanged a warning glance between her older brothers, her gave in to her sustaining plead. Kudos looked like he was still fired up from the hostility earlier, his majestic figure stiff and defensive. Monti quirked her lips, as if saying, 'It's okay, just ignore him' to the surrounding wolves.

  • Akari gave the brutes a glare she knew what Adante was going to say as his sister cut him off. Akari being her nice self shifted her blue orbs to the smaller, younger fea and asked "Hmm if you are really hungry want me to help you catch it?" she then added when she saw, from the corner of her eyes, Kudos tensing. I guess he wanted a fight.. "It wont be a hassle so you wont have to bother with chasing it down" she smirked slightly. Akari wanted an answer from the female, not the over dominate male or his brother, just the fea. Akari thought she seemed more tolerant and maybe the reason these brutes decided to keep at bay.

  • Monti's optics were trained in thought. "I would appreciate if you could lead some elk down south. My brothers and I can handle the dirty work from there." she looked indifferently at the tall brutes beside her, relieved that for once they allowed her to take control. Usually they kept her concealed between them when they stumbled upon any strangers. She always thought it was a brotherly trait, to think that they were protecting their sister. She didn't mind it, but for now, it seemed best to keep that part of them at postpone.

  • Ooc; I can't see the last post :(

Kapu sighed and lowered his head, "There's no need to hunt. There is a buck back at the dens, untouched. You three are welcome to come and eat your fill." He felt bad for the three, he knew hat it was like to be tired and hungry. "Come, follow me." He said, tossing his head in the direction of the grounds. Before they could deny his offer, he began padding off down the small trail that led to the camp, his thick black tail swaying with each step he took. The sun made his ebony coat sparkle each time it hit it.

  • Akari whispered to the three "You should accept his offer really" Akari brushed past them as she followed her leader back to the dens happily. Her thick fluffy tail swayed side to side, and not because of her walking, because she is happy. She stopped at the top of the hill and looked down and lowered her head at the trio just standing there "Well are you coming or not?" She asked them with a tilt of her head as she studied them with her blue colored orbs.

  • The three exchanged a wary glance among each other. When none of them said anything, Monti rolled her eyes and started forward. She only got two paw-steps when Kudos leapt in front of her, "What do you think your doing?" he growled at her, setting her blood off in flames. The fae bristled, tail curled in hostility. "I'm trying to survive, like everyone else!" she snapped, the thin whiskers on her muzzle twitching with arrogance. Kudos seemed to have suddenly changed. Maybe he grew an inch or two? Or was it his eyes, whom looked like somewhat lit a match behind them. "Don't talk to me like tha-" Monti's compact frame shuddered with remorse, and without another word, she threw a shoulder into him and attempted to slip by. Of course, Kudos found his way around her. "Monti! You listen to me!" his glare saturated into hers, and suddenly, the she-wolf felt herself shrinking beneath his muzzle. "I am your brother. And you will listen to me when I say 'we. are. not. going.' " his voice trembled with rage, Monti being the only one close enough to feel the mist of his hot breath tickling her nose. She choked on her words, but the flicker in her eyes spoke of something else. It was something Kudos had never seen in his younger sister before, and it haunted itself into his very skull. Was it...dominance? "No. I think you need to listen to me for once." the she-wolf began, her lips peeled back, revealing a pair of ivory fangs. "I may be your sister, but I am not your pet. I am not the same pup you fooled yesterday! Hell, it's about time I grow up!" her last sentence sank into him like a snake's fangs, releasing a strange poison throughout him. He was suddenly oblivious to how close her muzzle was to his, their risky breaths mingling together with their bitter words. Kudos sank back. Luckily, Adante wasn't close enough to hear. This time, Kudos let his sister walk off in silence. Adante came following suit in his sister's paw-steps, giving an uncertain glance towards his eldest brother as he brushed by. "Sorry, Kudos." seemed to be all Adante could muster in the aftermath of the witnessed argument.

  • Kapu's ears swiveled towards the fae's voice. He chuckled under his breath but decided against butting into their conversation. This fae reminded him of his sister. Not by her looks, but by her personality. Dicey was a very bullheaded she wolf, but she hadn't always been that way. Before their brother Conner died, she was very submissive and couldn't hold her own in a fight. But over the years, Kapu taught her to be strong and independent, though he was younger than her. His mind wondered where his sister was, whether she was dead or not. He sighed and continued on to the camp. Maybe she would find her way to the pack, maybe she could meet their half brother.

  • Monti sighed and caught up with Akari, drawing whispers into the dirt as she walked. "Sorry about that." she exhaled, thinking about Kudos. He was still standing back there, a look of shock wiped across his face. She wanted to laugh at him now. If anything, Kudos was the one who built her up as the she-wolf she is now, he just never wanted to leave his little sister. From Day 1, Kudos kept her hidden, kept her well taken care of, never gave her a say in anything. And he thought he was protecting her! Monti scoffed to herself, trying to wrap around her thoughts.

  • Akari smiled slightly chuckled "It's fine.. But you know that's how some brothers are like" she smirked impressed how she stood up for herself against her brother who is obviously used to being in charge. She remembered her brother, Kyro. He loved to be in control he would do before he thought about it...to be honest Akari thinks feas are the reason males don't corrupt things too much. She took one last glance over her shoulder at the gawking brute then back at Monti.

  • She bit back her lip with uncertainty. "I mean, Kudos isn't bad. He's just...a bit dominant. I think he would make a good leader for a pack, if he wasn't so worried about keeping his rank over us." she flicked her tail quietly, her eyes bleating solemnness. "It's not easy roughing it out there with two older brothers." her voice suddenly pressured, she lowered it to a whisper so that Adante couldn't hear. Though she regretted it, she twisted her head to get a brief look at Kudos. His head was lowered, as if he had just lost the most precious thing in the world. She didn't mean to make him so upset. Monti resisted being phased by the guilt as she looked back at Akari. "I had to tell him."

Kudos caught his sister's wary gaze and finally stood up. It looked like no one was planning on giving him a second glance, so it seemed best to just give in to the newly formed pack. If he was going to do this right, he would have to give up his rank. His optics skirted the shadow of the Alpha, and he grimaced for a brief second.

  • Akari understood what Monti was implying "Yeah, I understand it must have been rough for all of you" She lost her smile when she saw Monti's wary glance and spoke more firmly "You know Kudos, even if he would make a good leader, he has to know his place and work his way up to the top with respect" She felt a little embarrassed at the fact she was blabbing on like a wise elder which she definitely was not, she was sometimes anything but wise

  • Monti flicked her ear with a little more certainty. The fae felt like Akari had helped shine a new light on things, and she appreciated that. "I know. I just had to figure out a way to get him to realize that...and it looks like it took a little more firm talking than I imagined." she rolled her eyes stubbornly, nerved that she couldn't forget the argument. Things like this usually didn't bother her much, but this time, she had seen something change within her brother. It was hard to decipher whether it was good or bad. She flicked her thick grey tail submissively.

  • Akari didn't like the heated atmosphere so she decided to lighten them up after there little argument. "Well were here!" She walked up the steep hill and looked over if towards the opposite side from where the others were she flicked her tail to the new comers to come and see the place. The camp was pretty big, meaning it was meant for more than a pack of 20. She smiled happily to be home even if there was just three in the pack it still felt like where she truly belonged. Akari trotted down the hill towards the camp.

  • Monti looked down at it, slightly skeptical. She had never seen a camp before. This was her first taste of life in a pack, in which she hoped to learn more about in her future. Quietly, the fae found herself following suite in Akari's paw-steps, gazing in admiration at the large clearing.

Adante's ears lifted curiously. Beside him, he felt Kudos's presence sneak in. "Hey, isn't it nice? It's so...big." Adante's eyes where distant with pleasure, and before he knew it, his paws were crashing down the steep slope after Monti and Akari.

  • Akari was just about to explain why there were a lot of dens and why the place was kind of empty when her ears rotated slightly at a gasp. She turned her cranium towards the skidding sound to find a falling Adante her eyes widened as he fell towards them. "Hey watch out your brother I-!" it was to late, she felt a huge force crash into her and it knocked her out of breath but she wasn't badly hurt as she crashed at the bottom.
