Kyo finally reached the guild and slammed the doors open. Before the angry owner could catch them, he grabbed a magic lock and coiled it through the door handles. He sighed in relief as he slid onto the ground and comfortably stayed where he was. He gently ruffled Aku's currently messy fur,

Amyra noticed the door shut, and grabbed Daemon's wrist, both exceeds landing on either him or her, and ran straight at the door, noticing a shadow dropping from it. Instead of hitting it, they vanished and appeared on the top floor of the Guild. Amyra managed to stop herself from running off of the balcony-like floor, and grabbed Daemons wrist. "Shadow travel. No solid object can stop me." She said, smiling, before leaping down to the main floor, Daemon taking the stairs.

Amyra and Daemon looked at Kyo, who was sitting against the door, and burst out laughing. "That was fantastic! Did you see his face! Priceless." They said, in sync.

Kyo gave a small, faint smile as he slowly nodded. "I hope we never see that guy again...I guess we cant go to that restaurant ever again Aku," he joked.

Suddenly, Aku woke up in a jolt. "WHAT!? But that restaurant makes the best squid!" he began to whine as tears fell from with golden tinted eyes.

Ooc: Nothing much, other than Amyra, Daemon, Kyo and their exceeds are in the Guild hall, blocking the door as an angry business owner had just chased them down the streets. That's all I know, but I'm pretty sure someone has a better recap than I.

Amyra and Daemon laughed, their exceeds looking slightly down. "Don't worry. If we offer to help pick up and stuff, maybe we can make it up to him." Amyra said, ruffling the fur on top of Ash's head playfully while Akira plopped down on Daemon head.

"Yay! Let's go ask right now!" Baku cheered as he tried to run towards the door. He was easily pulled back by a leash that was attached to him. "W-what the heck!?" He pulled up the leash as he tried to wriggle out of it.

Kyo was holding up the end as he sadistically said "You're not going anywhere you little pest,"

Amyra watched, smiling. "I don't think he's quite ready for apologies yet. He's still pretty angry. Let's give him time to cool off before we go and talk." She said, noticing Daemon still trying to get his breath back from the full on sprint.

Aku hesitantly nodded as he began to play tag with Ash and Akira.

Kyo deeply sighed as he rubbed his temples. "I never knew how much work exceeds took,"

Amyra smiled. "Yeah, they take a bit of work, depending on their personality, but I honestly think we get them to show just how much work we, as Dragon slayers, take." She said, then remembered that her brother wasn't one. "And sometimes their kin." She added, and he shook his head, watching the three exceeds play tag.

Kyo nodded as he then asked "If you don't mind me asking, who are your parents?"

Amyra's smile faltered slightly, and Daemon looked at her. She shook her head. "They were both mages, but they met in a Dark Guild." She said. "Ma' was Janai, an infamous assassin for the Dark Wolfs, Dad was Justin, the mission collector. They left the Dark Wolfs a year before we were born, and eight years later, the past came back. When they died, Daemon and I ran, and got separated. I found Mysteria shortly after that." She said, regaining her upbeat posture. "And I found a nice wizard couple. The man was a lightning mage, and the woman was a string mage. I learned both, but I prefer lightning magic." He said, watching as Ash raced forwards, quickly catching Akira, and tagging her. "You're it!" He chirped, before dashing off.

Kyo nodded, inwardly cursing at himself for bringing up the question. He then sadly smiled as he murmured "You two are lucky your parents actually care about you..." His fiery red hair covered his eyes as his headphones fell onto his neck.

Amyra shrugged, perking back up, forgetting about the sad part. "Mysteria sure had an interesting way of showing that she cared, that's for sure." She said, eyes sparkling at the memory of the dragon. "And I was more apprentice than kid." Daemon added, noticing the tag game get too close. Ash crashed into Amyra, who fell back, and lashed out with a shadow, of which he dodged, as if that were a normal occurrence. Daemon sighed, as Amyra got back up and joined their little game of tag, before turning to Kyo. "Who were your parents?" He asked, wondering why the boy had looked so down cast.

"Lucy and...," Kyo grimaced as he decided not to mention his father. His eyes darkened as he thought about the man that betrayed his family. "That's it...just her,"

Baku stopped playing tag as he glanced worriedly at their conversation. "But Kyo that's not tru-" He was quickly interrupted by a glare from Kyo.
