Look around...you will see rocks, some bushes, and lots of pine...and crystals. The Crystals hang there, almost all year round, in these cold and seemingly lifeless mountains. They sparkle with a pure light but when it's too warm, they're gone.
[size=13pt]Introduction [/size]
These are the mountains, as you would have known from the description. Yes, they are cold but no, they are not lifeless. At a much more observant glance, there are critters...and cats. The cats of Crystalclan live a life without having to fear people although the do have to worry about wolves, foxes, occasional groups of dumb coyotes, and so on. They are well-adapted to the mountains due to their layered fur but they still get cold during the winter. They hunt whatever prey they can get their claws onto. Also, sometimes, an occasional small fox would join. They aren't like the usual foxes; they're smaller and understand cat.

Camp:
The majority of the clan are in the cave. The bottom floor is for the warriors and apprentices, the second one is for the youngs, queens, and wise ones, while the top one is for the leader, shaman, and shaman's apprentice. There is also a top exit which leads to some space in the trees where the branches are thick and sturdy enough to hold plenty.

High Rock:

Winter place:
When the main cave entrance gets snowed on, there is a path underground with a small river that leads to the other exit. Also a good water source and works like an igloo.

Hard to see eh? Well, this might be why the apprentices are kept in training longer and why the camp isn't really walked in on. These cats are trained to the way of the mist and shadows...
Forest (cold times...3/4 of the year):
It get pretty cold...but then the scenery is also pretty good; the frozen streams, the snow-covered branches, and the hanging crystals and pinnacles.

Leader: Leads the clan, given 9 lives
Deputy: Helps the leader lead the clan but has less control
Shaman: The healer of the clan, also interprets the messages of the Sky Cats
Shaman's apprentice: Learning how to be a healer
Warriors: They hunt and fight for the clan, the usual things they do are guard and hunt
Apprentices: They train how to be warriors, they start in-camp training at 6 moons (not allowed to go out of camp a lot) and are later allowed to go out of camp more often at 8 moons
Youngs: Too young to be apprentices
Queens: Those that take care of the young
Wise ones: They are old cats, retired from serving in the clan but their wisdom is of great value
Rouges: Mostly referred to as cats not in the clan but can also be referred to the small foxes which sometimes might join in the clan.
