  • I hate anxiety. It's terrible, and it seems like it consumes me. I cry because I get nervous, and everyone thinks I'm an attention whore. No one really understands but my best friend, who has it too.
A guy called me an attention whore over social media. I messages him, saying he didn't understand. He told me to shut the fuck up, and he would make his sister beat me up if I said anything else (it never happened, though.
Because my friend and I hate everyone else, we are usually together. People say we're lesbians (which we aren't, we both had boyfriends when the rumors started) which makes me really fricking mad.
This is more a rant, but if you have any advice, please comment :-*

  • I wouldn't get so upset about the things other people call you. Most people who do that are just being assholes/bullies and will get their comeuppance. Ignore them, and they'll have no gasoline for their fire.

I'm sorry you're anxious. Have you tried talking to a parent or going to see a counselor? There is medication and therapy that can help with crying attacks and panic attacks and such. I have some I take.

Stick with your best friend. I'm glad you have someone there for you.

  • People keep treating anxiety as a disability (like autism) when it's really not--it's a normal human feeling.

Trust me, I've had years of experience to know that, both at home and in school.

(A little rant; sorry if I'm spamming.)

  • [fancypost bgcolor=; bordercolor=transparent;][justify][font=verdana][size=8]I have tons of experience with anxiety and rude people. The thing is I love debating so rude people don't really bother me, and insults don't either I'm quite arrogant offline. Silent, but arrogant. xD However I still do get anxious of things and I'm paranoid.

Anyway, when I got my homoeopathic medicine (which helps a lot) I was told to engage in things I really enjoy doing, and figure out how to get into 'the zone', that mood you have when you're doing something awesome. For me, it's practising art or animal communication - it calms me down if I do something like that, something fun.

Also, meditation can help if you have time.

Sometimes anxiety can be disabling with how strong it can be. Not everyone can just deal with it like they would sadness or fear in a normal everyday situation. Some anxiety is normal in everyone, yes, but some people suffer from very bad anxiety and need help with it, otherwise it can take ridiculous amounts of energy and discomfort to get through a normal day.

That said, I would be careful labeling Autism as a disability when you yourself are not a person who can speak for it. Many autistic individuals are fully functioning and would take insult to the insinuation that they are "disabled" in any way.
