jade is quite the entertainer. she's been dancing since she was ten, but only recently got into burlesque-style dancing at eighteen. being one of the biggest flirts you'll ever meet, jade is pretty damn open about everything. she also has little to no shame, and an outgoing personality. every day is a party to her. she is super friendly and always willing to make new friends, when you hang out with her, she's pretty bubbly and bouncing off the walls.

despite all of this hyper-active sort of behavior, jade is a chill kinda person. she is probably the best person to tell secrets to considering she has a million of her own that she wouldn't want anyone to know. bullying is also a big thing for her, she get's hella defensive when someone is being bullied, since she was bullied as a kid, she does't let anyone get bullied or pushed around no matter who they are.

she was first arrested at thirteen for breaking and entering a neighbors house. her bail was paid and she never went to jail, her parents being rich and all. she left the house at sixteen to live with her friend duncan, because she had been replaced with the boy her birth parents always wanted. they both ended up working at the lounge.

duncan is a total sweetheart. he's a sucker for a bat of the eyelashes and a swish of the hips. being a hopeless romantic, he falls in love easy and hard. loyal and true to his friends, duncan would rather die than upset someone. he basically lives to make people smile, and is very good at it. he's a flirt when he needs to be and obsessed with nerdy things like video games and comics.

although he might look all manly and muscular and tough, duncan is very sensitive. when he found out that jade was into drugs (when they were younger) his heart was broken, he didn't want to see her go into a downwards spiral. immediately he got her help, he cares too much for friends to stand idly by. after that he fell in love, as per usual with him. some at the lounge say he still loves her. who knows.

ace is one of the flirtiest guys you will ever meet. but make no mistake, he isn't a douche bag. he treats women with an immense amount of respect, and sees them all as 'treasures to behold'. he has respect for women, but they don't have much for him and his charming ways. ace is commonly mistaken for a womanizer, but he is far from.

he has commitment issues, it's true, but for the short time he is with someone, he is loyal. his humor is infinite, and he is always willing to make someone laugh at his expense. making fun of himself is an easy enough act that gets people to smile, so he does so often. but this has led to a bit of low self confidence. he is your typical bad-boy, always causing trouble wherever he is, getting into at least two fights by the days end. sort of the good-hearted antagonist in the story that gets all the ladies.

Same with me.
As soon as I told my mother about the movie, she said it was about strippers and she couldn't stand they way they sang. Im open to opinions but she had only watched the movie for the first 30 minutes before shutting it off.
For me the movie was plain out fantastic. For me they weren't strippers but more of.. Teasing dancers used to make others laugh or enjoy their presence as they acted and danced in specific ways to the certain songs they used, wether they be silly or not.

Nora, to put it lightly, is free-willed and risky. Literally. The girl loves to take risks and challenges to no end until the point that she may actually end up losing her job. She's competitive, as said earlier, but not in your usual way. No, Nora, is rough and tough and won't take anything from anyone else. Independence is in her nature as she would rather give orders then take them from someone else. Don't expect Nora to be frail and weak because of her appearance as she will pounce upon you almost instantly for questioning her independence. Although she may seem quite aggressive and b*tchy, don't. Nora may hold the facade of being extreme and rough, but the gal is much more softer as soon as one breaks through to her.

Quick-witted and sarcastic. A dangerous combination. The girl may be one of the last few dramatically sarcastic people out there. When attention is present and centered on her, Nora will pop jokes, no matter if they're brash, mocking, or not. This tends to get her in trouble a lot with most people, including the owner of the club, as she is usually lectured about how she should be more respecting towards others, as well as threatend that she may lose her job if she continues to act out. She simply ignores the ratings, anyway. Nora is always alert and on edge, due to complications of her past. So try not to mind when she will speak quickly without another thought, just to avoid your question and turn it back at you.

Though she may pull of an act of being quite the dunce, Nora is secretly quite intelligent. Her mind.. works differently, to put it gently. Instead of common knowledge such as where a certain city may be located or wether or not which route is the fastest, Nora has knowledge about her surroundings. She holds information about people, possible rivals, different routines, and even the concoction to each of the drinks they offer. Anything else that is common knowledge is unworthy to her, as it also gives her a headache when someone attempts to lecture or teach her something about such petty things.

Dean is acts just as the way he looks. He's rough, tough and brawny. To start off, Dean can be.. overly aggressive. He doesn't just lash out and star a shouting match with people, no, Dean gets physical; Meaning he will punch, kick, strangle, and attempt to break you in half if you even attempt to make an insult to his family, appearance, or simply push him just a tad bit too hard. His temper is too easy to set off, which makes it extremely hard to speak to him, as you have to constantly think over your sentences and wording. Funnily, Dean doesn't ever curse, instead deciding to use subsitute words, resutling in him sounding just a tad bit funny.

Dean likes to express his opinions, wether they be rude or not. He isn't afraid if he gets yelled at or detention for such things. He's just simply.. overly open-minded. To top it off, Dean may be one of the last few people who are dramatically sarcastic. He'll pop jokes, will insult you by speaking slowly towards you, and will plainly mock you. Once you pass all his flaws, Dean tends to be a protective and extremely caring guy. Keep in mind, he does have manners as he was raised by a lady. Its just that they're hidden well. Once he becomes attached to somebody or bewitched by a girl's charm, Dean will become protective of said person. He'll spend more time around them, doing his best to get to know them until he is able to name their favorite animal and color on the spot. Its a lot of work, but worth the effort in the end.

Varric is a smart-ass, witty and humorous guy. He loves to flirt, especially with Jade considering she flirts back aggressively. Varric, as weird as it may seem, is quite the broken little soul. Suffering from depression from a very young age, Varric was taught to conceal (don't feel don't let them know. omg. i had to.) his hurt with laughs and smiles. His parents never wanted to believe their son had a legitimate mental illness, so they told him to only wear sweaters, to hide his cuts from years of still continued self harm. They never got him help, so things got worse. Varric began cutting deeper to feel more, he ended up in the hospital. Even then, his parents did nothing. The doctors gave him anti-depressants, which he very regularly overdosed on. For three years he was in and out of the hospital, and even put in a mental rehabilitation center. Soon, close friends of his parents took him in, cutting all ties from his parents to him. He got a little better, they strived to make the household the best possible for him, but the damage was done.
