"Oh..." She wondered why her parents sent her to an academy..." Well, what happened to you father?" She asked after looking around, making sure there was nobody around.

"Well... What now?" She asked him, and leaned back on the bench she was sitting on.

"Wait... why did you hypnotize me anyway?" She asked him, her stare solid and eager once again.

"I told you, I'll never tell."

"Please..." She whined like a five year-old wanting ice cream.

Melanie sighed and looked and a small watch she had on and asked, "Did you ever have siblings?"

"Do you know what happened to your mother?" She asked, curious of his backstory.

"I'm so sorry for you." She said putting her hand on his shoulder, bringing him into a hug after a couple of seconds.

She looked away, noticing she had made the situation awkward. She had a little bit of a blush and began walking home.

Melanie opened the door to her house, her parents still in the basement, working from home. She went upstairs to her room and laid on her bed, not knowing what to think of that situation.
