  • OOC: I had no idea what to call it so its new start xD. Anyway its really simple.
IC: A pure female border collie paced behind a white picket fence. She whimpered looking for a way out. She heard her owner yell inside the house and cowered slightly. She looked around for someone to help her.

  • OOC: Wanna have them have the same owner? That would make things alot more simple...

Lucky, a male former military dog heard whimpering coming from somewhere. He turned his head and looked around to see where it came from.

  • OOC: Did you get my pm about the plot?

IC: Lucky, who was a pure breed German shepherd looked back at the other dog. Back when he was training to be a military working dog, he had suffered alot more than shouting, so he wasn't scared at all. "Why were you whimpering?" He barked to her.

  • She looked at him, and shook her head. "He just got you eh? Well he gets drunk a lot and started beating me. The other dogs luckily escaped." She sat in front of him flinching everytime their owner threw something against the wall.

  • Lucky thought back to when he was brought in. He had escaped the military training camp that he managed to flee. Shortly after he was captured again. Here it wasn't as bad as the training, but he still hated it. "Yeah... I just escaped from one hell hole and I get thrown back into another..." He replied. When things were thrown against the wall, he didn't move. He was used to loud noices from before. "It's not as bad here..."

  • She looked at him surprised, "where did you come from then?" She heard crashing closer to the door and whimpered slightly. Why did she have to be the runt of the litter. Why did she have to be his favorite to beat on. She inched closer to the corner behind a tree to take cover.

  • "Military training camp..." Lucky replied to her. He glanced over to the door to make sure it was closed. "10 times worse and almost impossible to get out... compared to there, this place is easy to escape," As he said it, painful memeries came up in his mind. He remembered how he was forced to knock doors down for hours each day just to get faster. Now that he though of it, it looked like he could knock down the fence as well.

  • Lucky looked back at the door as another random object hit the wall. "Yeah... but not now..." He replied quickly before turning back to her. "My name's Lucky... what's your name?"

  • She frowned and flinched again. "I'm Luna." She then smiled at him and wagged her tail for the first time in days.

  • Lucky nodded. He was glad that Luna seemed to have calmed down. "Kay, Luna... We can only escape when he's" Lucky looked quickly over to the house. "... not here," He explained. "Do you know when that might be?"

  • Lucky sat down and looked at Luna. "I'm going to try to knock down the fence..." He barked quietly to her. The thought of freedom came into his mind and he felt his tail wag.

  • Lucky nodded. "Yeah... but it's worth a try..." He agreed. "if it doesn't work, I'll just have to try something else..."

  • She nodded still in disbelief. "Thank you though." She got up and walked to the back of the yard where a small box was, she crawled inside the dirty cardboard box and laid down to wait til night.

  • Lucky walked over to a patch of grass. He curled down in it and waited for the owner to leave so he could try to escape.

  • OOC: the next post at nine?
IC: Luna watched the sunset and saw her owner leave in his old truck muttering and swearing. She got up and walked over to lucky and laid down against him feeling his warmth. "So tough guy, how ya gonna get us out of here?"

  • OOC: Er... What was the fence made of again?

IC: Lucky stood up and gazed around the yard they were enclosed in. It was dark, but the moon was out so he could see. "You'll see," He replied to Luna. He walked around the fence and tried to look for a weak spot in the fence..
