Zero nodded and he howled, he had the most mournful and deep howl that made animals cry.

Jayla stopped and laid down. Her howls were usually short. Because she loved to listen to the other wolfs howl and get to know their inner wolf.

Zero felt weak for some reason. He struggled to stay up. Then he had a flash back of his last wolf pack surging around him, biting his throat and his face, biting his legs and his tail, slowly killing him. His eyes snapped open and he stood there, he was panting. He felt weird, his eyes narrow slits.

Alyssa stopped howling and glances at Zero in worry. Hmm, is there something wrong with him?

Zero shakes his head and the flash backs become more and more violent. He collapses and shivers.
