I'll just answer in the question with two answers cause I think there are two meanings to it. yes we will go in order of tailed beast first-tenth. but no we will not go capture them just yet. I would prefer them all to reach their full potential. Like Umi has done. we won't capture his beast until we have Shukaku and Matatabi

    Meanwhile, Ituma was walking about town, the blonde boy looking for a sparring partner for a while, he had finished his Jutsu and felt the need to try it, he had to perfect it.
