    Ginger crept closer to the twolegs, but froze. She had been careless and stumbled out into the open.
    A twoleg with a clipboard spotted Ginger and looked at her in surprise, how had the little beauty escaped her owners? She started walking towards the young cat.

    Shasta followed slowly, stopping just beside Ginger as he watched the twoleg come closer. He glanced at Ginger, he handled it the last time and now wanted to see what she would do.

    Ginger noticed the twoleg approaching her and puffed out her fur, like she had seen Shasta do earlier, however it kept coming towards her so she let out a hiss. Despite that, though, the twoleg reached its paw out to pick up Ginger. The she-cat hissed again and struck the twoleg's paw with her claws, causing it to bleed. The twoleg shouted in surprise, scaring the kit.
