Everything that Loki had been feeling on the day where everything went downhill... She couldn't even begin to imagine all of the emotions, frantically pushing their way to the surface as destruction and chaos took over. "It all just spilled out of you, huh?" she asked. It wasn't entirely fair that Loki was being punished for this, in her opinion, although she could see the point of view from both perspectives. He had killed a lot of people... He just hadn't been thinking clearly when he had done so.

Thor. If Era remembered correctly from news broadcasts that she had watched, Thor was Loki's brother. He was the buff blonde guy who had accompanied and been a part of the Avengers. She slowly nodded,"Better than Thor? How did you want to be better than him? C'mon, Loki. I know that Thor is strong and brave and yadda yadda. All of that great stuff that we're constantly reminded about on the news. But you're better than him in ways. I know it for sure. And, in some ways, he's better than you. That's how it works. Everybody is good at their own thing." She paused a moment, a grin gracing her lips,"Just like I'm great at talking nonstop! My best talent, if I do say so myself."

Era hung on to every word that Loki said as if they were his last. How could somebody have been so cruelly deceived for their entire life? It made emotions come rushing forth within her almost as if it was her who had suffered all of the betrayal and not Loki. To hide the sudden gush of empathy that she felt, she looked to the side, swallowing back words of anger. "I really... Really am sorry for all that you've had to go through, only to be treated like this. And I know that you have been in the wrong several times. You've been in the wrong bigtime, but that doesn't even begin adding up to the lies and... and everything that your own family did to you."

It was kind of hard not to feel sympathy towards Loki, but she forced herself to push emotions back. "Heh... Sorry. I'm really overemotional sometimes." she apologized, rising to her feet. She looked at Loki and then a small smile crept over her lips,"Instead of this little pity party we're having, how about we watch a movie on Netflix? I'm in the mood for something scary." she stated.

Era had no idea if Loki even knew what a movie was, but she was going to go out on a limb and assume that he didn't. "A movie is like a... Part of someone's life that you can watch on a T.V., except it's fictional." she explained, falling back onto the couch and then patting the cushion next to her for Loki to take a seat. She grabbed the remote and began scrolling through Netflix, observing all of the horror movies that hey could watch. "Silence of the Lambs is my favorite movie in the entire world." she grinned as she came across it,"It's about an in-training FBI agent who has to talk to a psychopathic serial killer-cannibal named Hannibal Lecter, to get some information about another killer who's on the loose." she explained.

"A-haha! But you don't even know the half of it!" Era laughed, as she clicked on and waited for the movie to load. "It's a psychological thriller, so maybe it'll screw with that godlike, flawless mind of yours." she added teasingly, standing up and leaning over to close the blinds to make the room darker. She then sat back down, eyes glued to the screen as the movie began.

Era crinkled up her nose, tempted to stick her tongue out at the frost giant. She managed to restrain herself from the childish temptation, and instead turned to watch the movie. She listened to every word intensely, as if it was the first time that she had ever seen it even though she had to have watched it at least ten times in the past. Somewhere more towards the end, as she watched Clarice Starling and Hannibal Lecter speaking for the last time, she couldn't help but to wonder what Loki thought of the entire thing.

Era's dark blue eyes widened in an obvious display of her surprise at such a random and dirty comment. She couldn't help but to laugh at it though, because, out of all of the stuff that she'd learned about Loki that day, this was one of the least surprising things to happen yet.
