Honeystar's bronze patched body shimmered as she made her way from her den. The sunshine warmed up her back and she shivered with delight. Her pale sea-green eyes sparkled as she saw the crashing ocean waves. She turned to see the small river that was fresh from a large mountain stream. Honeystar investigated her Clan swiftly.

    ~~

Ravenkit was up. Honeystar had adopted Ravenkit at a young age and he was very enthusiastic. His eyes sparkled with glee as he grabbed the ball of moss he was playing with the previous evening and batted it against Honeystar's tail. The bronze leader looked down on Ravenkit and purred. She was quite anti-social and a very awkward cat, but her loyalty was strong. "Hi," squealed Ravenkit cheekily.

The post was edited 1 time, last by sabik ().

  • Ghostpaw sat secluded from the clan, he had joined 3 moons earlier and no one ever really talked to him, he'd proved himself many times before but all he would receive was a curt nod from snareclaw. Ghostpaw was ready to become a warrior even with his short training period he learned fast and was already the best hunter in the clan.

Coldstorm sat quietly watching the clan, he saw Ravenkit and smiled. Coldstorm was a mysterious cat, some still were curious about where he disappeared to at 4 moons old. He hadn't been accepted all those moons ago because he was smaller than all of his other clan mates, he'd left, only to come back bearing many scars and a rougher attitude, and now he was the biggest cat in the clan. Coldstorm flexed his shoulder muscles and stood padding over to the FKP and snatched up a rabbit.

Frostfang sauntered from the warrior den, his pelt as smooth as ever. He was always clean and always made sure he was the most handsome in the clan. But the senior warriors just find him annoying and rude, but some of the younger cats found Frostfang charming and that was good enough seeing how Frostfang didn't like 'corpses' thats what he calls the elders and some of the senior warriors. Frostfang sat down and licked his paw dring it over his ear "dear starclan Frostfang how many times must you groom yourself!" Coldstorm hollered and Frostfang hissed and flattened his ears.

  • Snickering slightly, Honeystar jumped down to see Frostfang and Coldstorm. "Greetings. How are you getting on with Barkpaw?" Her eyes shimmered as she noticed Coldstorm. He arrived when she was still Honeyclaw and Mousestar was the leader. She saw Ravenkit edge towards the cliffs. "Dear, be careful," she yelled to him.

(Btw, the apprentices & mentors are up! If you want to change, PM me)

  • Coldstorm glanced at Honeystar, "honeystar" he dipped his head, and turned to leave. He always felt strange around the warriors that knew him when he'd left.

    Frostfang noticed the exchange.

OOC: who mentors Barkpaw? can't find the sing up thread XD

  • Smokybrair awoke hearing Coldstorm scowling at Frostfang, "Probably grooming himself...Again," he sighed as heaved himself out of the nest and forced himself out of the clearing. He had been the only elder for so many moons and he felt lonely. "Greetings Honeystar," he nodded to there new leader,"Coldstorm, Frostfang."

Foxpaw woke up purring, its been 4 moons since he was made an apprentice and he has been acing in everything...except for one thing. Foxpaw sighed and hopped out of his nest, he glanced at the other apprentice, then switched his gaze to the dark pelt of Shadepaw, he has secretly had a crush on her but he knew she would never feel the same.

  • Coldstorm nodded to the elder. He knew the old tom well, and had a sort of fondness towards him.

Frostfang scoffed and stood "I don't talk to corpses" he flicked his tail and walked away

  • Smokybrair stiffened then growled, "You young'un have no respect for "Elders" these days," he returned his glare back to Frostfang, "I saved you when you were a kit so i would have some respect," He stalked back to his nest bristling.

  • Moonfeather sniffed at her herbs. The comfrey was getting low. Maybe she would send Optimisticdreamer out to get it. Moonfeather decided against it. She could get it herself. It didn't matter that the apprentice was supposed to do it. She stood up and stretched, hearing her back crack. Then she walked out of the camp to find it quiet active and bustling with cats.

  • Turning in her nest uncomfortably, Shadepaw eventually gave up on trying to find a comfortable position to resume her slumber and opened her silver eyes. Squinting against the sudden burst of light, she lifted herself to her paws and stretched out her lithe body. After a series of tired yawns the spotted she-cat flicked her tail and made her way out of the apprentices den.

Oakleg jogged back into camp with his jaws full of furry, lifeless body of the prey he had managed to catch. Dropping the bodies at the same time onto the top of the pile, the grey calico tom licked his lips before taking a body from the bottom of the pile.

  • "Smokybriar is right, Frostfang, elders have served their time and saved our Clan many times," meowed Honeystar sternly. Her eyes sparkled though. She turned around sharply to spy Oakleg. "Already been out hunting? Fabulous," meowed Honeystar cheerfully.

  • OOC - Sorry guys I haven't been on the last days. My muse is incredibly low at the moment.

The first thing Barkpaw did after waking up and leaving the apprentice den, was stretching and yawning. Afterwards the greeen eyes of the dark brown tabby were searching the camp for his mentor. Riverfoot was nowhere to be found. Maybe she is still asleep, Barkpaw thought and looked for a shady place to rest a little bit. When his search had been successful, the apprentice went to a tree and lay under it. Barkpaw closed his eyes, enjoying the first rays of the sun. The tom couldn't wait until Riverfoot would wake up and go to train with him.

The piercing amber eyes of the dark grey she-cat were observing the other cats in camp. She smiled. It had been a wonderful morning. So Darkstream was n a very good mood, especially to se the clan waking up. Her mood brightened up even more, when she saw Shadepaw exiting the apprentice den. The warrior she-cat stood up and walked towards her apprentice. "Good morning Shadepaw", mewed Darkstream softly. "How did you sleep?", the mentor asked.

  • (it's fine, I understand the Clan is just getting started)

Ravenkit excitedly ran to Barkpaw. "Hi," squealed the dark brown tom with happiness. His boredom had brought him to the waiting apprentice. "Who's your new mentor?" asked Ravenkit to break the silence. He jumped up and down and awaited for Barkpaw's response.

Darkstream was walking past so Honeystar gently acknowledged the warrior, who was probably going to see Shadepaw. She turned to the fresh-kill pile and grabbed a sparrow, before eating by herself under a tree.

  • Barkpaw looked at Ravenkit. "Hello Ravenkit", mewed the tom. "My mentor is Riverfoot", replied the dark brown apprentice. His sharp green eyes wandere through the clan. "I don't know, how a cat can sleep that long", Barkpaw remarked and started grooming his fur.

  • "Really? I wake up so much earlier then Honeystar. I wake up at like, before dawn. Honeystar wakes up early, but not as early as me. But if I leave her den before she wakes up, she'll make me eat frogs for a moon," meowed Ravenkit quickly, watching as Barkpaw groomed his fur.

  • Snareclaw padded from the forest. A rabbit was in his jaws. Though the rabbit was of reasonable size he looked at it with sheer disappointment. Snareclaw dropped it by the fresh kill pile and sighed. His dark tail flicked and he turnned to go back hunting.

(Will be more active for now on. )

  • Starlingpaw patrolled the border by MossClan. He looked at Clockpaw. "They passed the border!" Chickpeas thought. "Hmm... they did."

Foxwing was in the forest, taking a walk. She spotted a tabby pelt and swished her head toward it.

  • (It's fine ;))

Honeystar noticed Snareclaw and raced after him. "Can you organize a hunting patrol and a morning patrol, please?" Her breath was short and quick.

  • Ghostpaw shuffled his paws awkwardly, everyone was talking and he felt out of place.

Frostfang huffed and flicked his tail.

  • Ravenkit raced to Ghostpaw. "Heeeeeellllllllllooooooo," he cried cheerfully. His eyes twinkled as he noticed the apprentice looking down. "Want to play a game?"

    (Going to bed, keep roleplaying!)
