    this is in a world were there are some, not all, people who have superpowers. most people are powerless. The people who have powers are superheroes or supervillains. they also can have kids who go to school. also, this takes place in L.A. Only supervillains and normal people can go to Chinatown, superheroes don't. and Chinatown closes for the weekend for the villains to have it all to themselves.
