Juliet looks around, pursing her lips slightly before leading him up to the very back corner of the theater. She plops down into a seat and tucks her feet beneath her, smoothing her dress out over her knees and smiling up at him.

"Why in the back corner?" Luke asked curiously, settling down in his seat. Looking over at Juliet he took a handful of popcorn and started eating some.
-
"I'm not fond of being around people, this gets me the furthest away." She explains with a small shrug, popping a piece of popcorn into her mouth.
-
Luke thought of a different reason and burst out laughing, covering his mouth with his hand. He leaned back in his seat and continued to snigger, unable to help himself.
-
Juliet looks over at him and then rolls her eyes as she realizes why he's most likely laughing. "Don't be a pig..." she mutters, turning and facing the screen as the movie begins.
-
Luke smiled, leaning over the armrest. "You know you love it." He whispered huskily in her ear before sitting back normally, puting his hands behind his head and stretching before settling down.
-
Juliet blushes madly and as the movie starts she relaxes, leaning over slightly and resting her head on his shoulder as she watches. Throughout the film there are only a few parts that really genuinely scare her; at these moments she turns and hides her face in his arm, squeezing her eyes shut tight.
-
Luke holds back his laughter everytime she gets scared and nearly falls asleep during the movie. When it finally ended Luke groaned with relief and stood up, stretching and cracking his joints.
-
Juliet stands quietly, smoothing out her dress and looking over at him. When she hears him groan her face gets knitted together in worry, "You didn't like it?" She whispers, a frown on her face as she wraps her arms around herself. She'd hate to think that she'd bored him half to death just on their first date...
-
"Horror movies put me to sleep most of the time, only reason O stayed awake was because you." He said shrugging, taking ahold of her wrists, and pulling her arms so that they were straight. "You do that a lot." Luke stated, motioning down to her arms.
-
Juliet frowns and looks down as he pulls her arms from around her abdomen. She shrugs slightly at his comment and then nods, "Yeah, it's just kind of a subconscious thing." She says softly, then she takes his hand and moves out of the theater with him, moving towards his car and swinging their interlocked hands between them slightly. "It's quite nice out." She comments as she looks around. It was a bit humid, but unless it was winter it was always humid in the Windy City; the nice part is that on this night is wasn't to hot and sticky though, and a nice cooling breeze twisted through the streets.
-
Luke nodded silently, looking around. He glanced at a couple of girls, then did a double glance, his face becoming pale. "Sh*t." Luke muttered, looking down at the ground. One girl in particular came walking over with her nose in the air, and it was obvious that she was one of Luke's exes.
-
Julie shrinks back slightly and moves closer to Luke as the girl approaches. She appeared to be your typical stuck up cheerleader, the type that often bullied the rather timid young woman. In fact, not that she can see her closer this girl had just shoved her into a locker and called her a whore a month ago: just beftoe school ended.
-
"Hey Brittany..." Luke said awkwardly, glaring at his ex. Brittany ignored Luke and looked over at Juliet, like she was scum. "What are you doing with...that thing, babe?" She asked sickeningly sweet. Luke scoffed, and he visibly tensed, and that's when everyone seemed to realize that this wasn't about to turn out okay. "You cheat on me, with my best friend, then still have the nerve to call me babe?" He said icily, his eyes turning darker. "Were the notes not enough, Brittany? Or did you still not get it through your thick head when I announced it at lunch that we were over?"
-
Juliet shrinks away from his as well as he takes on that tone and pulls her hands from his. She weas her arms tightly around herself and sort of wishes she could just disappear in that moment, her face pale and her lips presses into a thin line as people begin to stare.
-
Brittany scoffs and walks off, leaving Luke and Juliet alone. He cursed under his breath and starting hating on himself, turning back towards Juliet. Apologies spewed out of his mouth, and he started rambling, feeling horrible that Juliet had to witness that. He started pacing back and forth, still explaining to Juliet how he was a horrible person, that the night wasn't supposed to go like this, and how sorry he was.
-
Juliet simply watches him pace for a bit before she moves over and grabs onto his shoulders, pressing her lips to his hard in an attempt to shut him up. She then pushes him back and holds him at an arms length away, "You're not a bad person, that's her." She says, her voice a bit to harsh.
-
Luke's jaw was slack and he stared wide eyed at Juliet. "Wha-why-ho-" was all he could stutter out now. He cleared his throat and looked down at Juliet. "Was that your first kiss?"
-
"The first I've had on my own accord." She says with a sad smile, "I wasn't going to get you to shut up any other way though, now was I?" She asks, looking up into his eyes and then wrapping her arms around her own abdomen.
-
Luke looked curiously down at her. "On your own accord?" He repeated questionably. Furrowing his eyebrows the teen frowned, confused by what she meant.
