To be honest, June is a confident girl who has never been afraid to speak her mind. She's loud and obnoxious, yes, but only when she's provoked. She's so bent on trying to find true love that she goes through them like napkins, one after another. When she first meets a guy she likes, she's flirtatious and sweet. On the outside, Ford is made to look like your ideal pop star. Rebellious, 'hip,' and a player. His manager made him this way, even though Ford hates it more than anything. He's always been a quiet lad; kind and generous to everyone. But strict orders told him to do otherwise. Ford wants, more than anything, a real relationship shared with someone who knows the true him. Not the shell his career had made him into. As a boy, his father beat him, until the authorities came and tore them apart when he was twelve. Every night since that day, Ford had sat in his room in the middle of the night sobbing. If he shows the real him, he knows his career will slow to a halt. He's under so much stress that he hardly knows what to do anymore. The only thing that can really make him feel better is getting out his guitar and singing a sad song. He doesn't know if his life will ever change, or if he'll always live in the shadow of his fame.

How do I start? Ford's dad was a drunk, an alcoholic... He was a short-tempered ass. At a young age, Ford's mom left because of this. His father began to beat him, whether he did something or not. Sometimes he used his hands, other times a belt... When Ford was only twelve, one of his teachers saw a huge bruise on his upper-arm. Being the lousy liar he is, Ford spilled out everything. His dad was taken by the authorities, never to be seen again by his son. He was adopted rather quickly, and began to sing his feelings. He got a job at a cafe when he was sixteen, and his future manager walked in and heard him. Ford got a record deal. Fast forward, I guess, and now here he is.

Ford woke up with a start. His clock read 12:23 A.M. This happened almost every night. He sat up, hugging his knees and staring blankly off into space. He thought of what it would be like in the morning when he woke up again. He'd head out the door to do something, maybe vocals or a video, or maybe just to go get some coffee. But there they would be. Perhaps the paparazzi, or crazed fans. He could never be a normal kid like he used to. And his dad. Where was he? In rehab, maybe? Or maybe at a pub back in England drinking away his problems? Ford would never know. Slowly and gradually, tears fell from his eyes, creating a sort of glistening look to them. He rose his hand and wiped his cheeks, laying back down so his face was towards the window, which was half open, looking down upon LA. It was a beautiful sight, really, with all of the lights. The city never slept... Or at least, not all of it. "Good night, California," he whispered to himself, before closing his eyes as the last teardrops dripped down his pale face.
