She jumped back down and dug a hole, put the birds in for later, then headed back to hunting. She chased after a rabbit. She leaped and landed on its neck, then brought it to the hole and had a nice meal.

RainFeather woke up to a squirrel in her face. She nipped at it but it ran off. She got out of her nest and looked around. A vole was padding around looking as tasty as always. She darted towards it jumping on it and biting its neck then gulping it down. She licked the blood from her mouth. A faint barking noise was coming from by the thunder path. A huge Great Dane was running closer and closer to RainFeather. She ran up the nearest tree and got on the closest branch to the dog but out of its reach. The dog jumped trying to get her but RainFeather slashed at its nose causing blood to spill.
