She nodded and walked on until she was nearly soaked to the bone and still hadn't found much. She sighed looking back at him. "I say we just find denser trees to shelter in." She suggested wiping the wet hair from her face.

He mbled out an agreement, turning to look at a denser, drier patch. "How about that?" He questioned.
-
She nodded and ducked used the cover sitting down in the dry pine needles starting to shiver uncontrollably. The rain was freezing and had chilled the air. Her teeth even started to chatter, but tried to warm herself up.
-
He sat down beside her, unfolding his wings. The inner layer of feathers on his wings were warm and dry, so he lightly curled his wing around her.
-
She blinked as she looked down at his wings and nodded a little. "Thanks." She said shivering a little less as she yawned a little. "Things could have been worse." She mumbled mostly to herself and moved some of the wet hair out of her face.
-
"Yeah, but at least we found a dry spot." He said, offering a small smile, running a hand through his wet hair, getting it to lay flat.
-
She nodded returning his smile. "Yeah and rain never hurt anybody especially people who have new living in te woods for the past month." She said yawning as she watched the raindrops still falling.
-
He murmured an agreement, resting his back against the tree. He folded his arms over his chest, forcing his eyes open. He stifled a yawn and shook his head, "Walking around today definitely took a lot outta me." He said.
-
She nodded and looked over towards him. "I take a watch you go ahead and sleep." She said shrugging as she focused back on the rain watching the sky for any signs that it might lighten up any time soon. So far she didn't see any.
-
He frowned slightly, "Alright if you say so." He said quietly, letting his eyes fall closed. In just a few moments he was snoring lightly, though his wings still remained around her.
-
She looked down at the wing realizing it was still around her. She shrugged and leaned against the tree and sighed as she watched the rain quietly glancing around every now and again wondering quietly to herself before she looked back towards the rain.
-
He murmured quietly in his sleep, his eye roving underneath his eyelids. His breathing increased slightly, his brow furrowing as his dream slowly turned into a nightmare.
-
She looked over at him every now and again not waking him until she thought the nightmares where becoming too much for him. Finally she gently shook his shoulder tilting her head a bit. "Are you okay?" She asked worriedly.
-
His eyes snapped open as she put her hand on his shoulder and he looked around quickly before slowly stopping and looking at her. "Yea, I'll be alright, it was just a nightmare after all, everyone has them." He replied quietly.
-
"Yeah, but normally nightmares are pretty self contained I was afraid you were going to start sleep attacking." She said rolling her eyes as she moved some more wet hair from her face sighing a little as she looked at the dark clouds sighing a bit.
-
He let out a soft sigh and shook his head, "It's nothing serious, do you want me to take next watch so you can sleep?" He asked.
-
(Sorry it took me forever to find this thread again.)
Philly shrugged pushing some her hair of her face. "Alright if you're sure." She said slowly still not sure if his dream was nothing. Her's got pretty dang real and terrifying at times so it always made her worried when other people had nightmares like she did. She yawned a bit, showing how tired she really was and stretched a bit blinking a few times. It felt like no matter how much she slept she could catch up on sleep and would felt tired all of a sudden.
-
(It's all good, no worries)
Tim stretched out slightly, folding his wings against his back. "Yeah, why don't you go ahead and lay down, I'll keep an eye out." He said, looking over at her.
-
She sighed rolling her eyes a bit. "Fine." She said as she laid on the ground trying to get comfortable. She eventually fell asleep except she still shivered on account on the cold rains and winds that were blowing.
-
Seeing her shiver, he extended one of his wings to block the wind coming in. He scratched his chin slightly, looking for any suspicious movement. He plucked at his shirt, the dirty cloth was nearly permanently wrinkled, but he didn't care, it was functional and that was what mattered.
