Mario, Luigi and Yoshi were awake. They were far away from the group, trying to find Bowser. My hey didn't get very far though, and soon found themselves surrounded by an army of Mecha Koopas. They tried to fend them off as best as they could but there were too many of them for just the three of them to tsar out. They were soon defeated and captured by Bowser as well
