The wolf then saw something glinting at the bottom of the water, and turned into a dive, strongly kicking tongue floor. Opening her eyes, she located the source, a shiny conch shell the color of a blush rose, and promptly grabbed it carefully in her mouth, returning to the surface in this fashion. Jumping onto the rock, Silverstrike sat the shell down in front of Ichigo. "The sea has more to offer than just fish. It can bring beauty as well."

    Ichigo of course didn't see the splash, and almost instantly against became soaked. A frown played across his jaws, but it was obviously not serious. Again though he shook his pelt and let water fly everywhere. The over sized cougar then watched as the canine went back under the water, and soon came back up to reveal a shell. Ichigo never really considered anything pretty, so a blank face played across his face. "Its.... a shell." The swordsman mewed in his calm tone, but he wasn't that impressed as he had seen more amazing things.

    Silverstrike gave him an annoyed look at his answer, though she wasn't really. The wolf was an artist and found many things beautiful, this shell now being one of them.     Just at the mention of the word fighting, is brown gaze went upward as if looking for a Hollow to come crashing down. But at her second comment though, his brown gaze widened.     Yes, having a parent die would be rather depressing. But both of Silverstrike's had died brutal deaths, one of which of course had been avenged, and both her littermates were gone somewhere. Yet, the female still found time for joy, time for happiness. Every morning, she sang to her mother upon the cliff ledge, just as she had been taught. "That's an awfully lonely way to live. Not to mention depressing." Silverstrike's eyes flickered between shades of blue and orange, conflicting feelings of sadness and hope. "Both of my parents are gone Ichigo.     Even with both parents gone, The wolf had gone on with living, still found happiness and joy even as a loner. "Of course you must continue to help souls, its the Shinigami's most important job. But you must always find time for fun, even if its just a small bit of laughter. With happiness, you can have no hope in dark times. Let yourself be happy once in a while, Ichigo." The only thing that really got him to laugh, as in the anime/manga, was one of his friends looking incredibly ridiculous, and he would easily pick up on that. His brown optics retained their calm demeanor as he said nothing else.

Seeing that she had reached the shore, but her paws were still in the water. Lunging forward, he aimed to wrap his large jaws around her tail and drag her back into the water, while using the momentum of the pull for him to leap onto shore himself. Of course he knew he had lost, but why not mess with her a little bit?

A small yowl of surprise escaped the large felines jaws as he was quickly knocked onto the ground, and they rolled a little in the sand. Ichigo couldn't help but coughing up some of the substance and shaking his head. He was pinned of course, but aimed to playfully kick her off with his powerful back legs.
