It seemed like a normal day. Well as normal as a day can be for a person who can travel between two worlds. Jay was bone with an overwhelming ability to control things. She learned to control it but a little to late. She was discovered. Out of last resort, she unknowingly opened a portal to another world. It just seemed like she woke up as someone else. She knew everything this person did and what she knew already. So strange. It didn't take long before she got a message from her world. It was from someone who had the same ability as her but didn't get caught.
Jay- It read How does this person know my name... She thought as she read it. There is a lot to say and little space to say it. The thing you have... It's important no one in the world your in finds out. And that if anyone comes from our world to take you, you run or die trying. It's important that those power hungry people from both worlds don't try to use it. Your not the only person that can break though the barrier between our world and this one. You can tel if someone is from our world. Trust me you will. They might not but... Never mind that. Beware of everyone. Don't let your guard down. And most importantly, make sure no one finds you.
- A trusted friend
Jay had no idea what to think of this. She wondered if this had anything to do with the new students that were to join her high school today. I'll worry about this later. She thought as she put the note down and grabbed her things. She was soon at school and what a disaster it was. People where acting even stranger then usual. She shook it off. It's all in your head Jay... She thought. It was only seconds later she heard some screaming from behind. She turned around to see what she really didn't want to see. Someone she didn't know being pined to the wall and someone else she didn't know laying limp on the floor. "Hey!" She shouted. Everyone else was running away. The man looked at her and grinned. He dropped the person that he had, who was now limp on the floor as well, and turned to face her. "Been a while Jay..." He said and the look on her face said it all. Rage was painted over her face. "You got me into this..." She said slowly. "You nearly got me killed..."
"And I was able to break the barrier to get you." He laughed slightly. "Well I had someone do it for me. They didn't make it." He charged Jay but she was to fast for him. She was caught completely off guard when he was able to punch her in the face. She fell back slightly "Wha-". He grabbed her by the throat and pined her to the wall now. "Here's the thing Jay." He said gripping her throat tighter. "I was sent here to retrieve you and those two over-" He was caught off when was blown over by a sudden wind. He was blow a short distance away and was, somehow, out cold. Jay was on her knees. She glanced over to see that one of the people from before was back on there feet. Well not for long. They collapsed again and Jay could see that there was a dart in their neck. Jay felt something prick into her neck. She felt weak suddenly. "If you want something done you just have to do it your self." She heard someone say. The corners of her vision was starting to darken. She turned to see that it was... Jay laughed slightly surprised to see it was the person she hated the most from school. "You..." Her vision was almost completely dark. "Clever. I would have never thought..." She muttered. "Don't worry Jay..." The man said as he lifted her up so he could look her in the eyes. "You and the others here will be fine." The last thing Jay saw before she went under was the look of success on her enemy's face.
I should have payed heed to that note... She wasn't going to open her eyes yet. She could tell that she wasn't the only person there but she couldn't tell how many people where there and where they where in the room. She was tied to something. At first she thought it was a wall but it moved. It took everything for her to not move. Don't move at all Jay... She thought, biting her lip. Why was she being so afraid? This person was in the same situation as her. She remained still thought.
(No need to wright this much. I don't want one liners though. It just kills the thread.)
