He is the Serge of the Heist, 2nd only to the leader. He knows how much power he has over every single cat.

He is a large cat, very powerful and well-muscled. He does not have many scars along his body, which he claims is from his aptitude as a fighter, but more from his tendency to send other cats before him in battle.
He likes to use his size and threatening demeanor to bully anyone who challenges him. It is difficult to maintain eye contact with him, due to his tendency to stare you down like you're a piece of prey he wants to eat.
His dark gray fur is short, and his faint tabby stripes line his back and tail. White, the most hated color of the Heist, blankets his muzzle, chest, underbelly and the front of his legs. His whiskers are also white, but not very long. While this much amount of white on him made him laughingstock when he was younger, he commands respect today with his size and position. If you laugh of him, there will not be a rock you can hide under that he won't turn.
His green eyes are a trademark of the family. His brother had them, his nephew has them. And unless Rudo can stop it, the kits of his nephew will have them.
History:
He was the brother of the current leader's father. He never gained the opportunity to become leader once Dux was born, and is quite resentful of the fact. Several times he attempted to kill his brother. But when he did, but the crown passed to Dux, who refused the position, and thus to Dux's mother. He killed the mother, but now Dux accepted the position, though Rudo was banking on him not doing so. He knew that Dux dying so shortly after his mother and father would be more than suspicous,
so instead he focused on becoming a trusted ally, working his way to the Serge position. If Dux 'accidentally' dies before he has any kits, the role will pass to Rudo, the Serge and uncle of the leader. Thus, he often advocates for battles and various other dangerous things. Not that he's planning anything...
Personality:
He is a cold cat, not caring who gets in his way to the top. If you cross him, you can only hope for death. Quite ambitious, he has been thwarted several times in his quest for the throne, which he would rule with an iron fist, no mercy, not even for the cats of the Heist. He often stays awake at night, plotting.
He has no time for friends, considering all beneath him due to his intelligence. He does not think about mates either, figuring he will settle down after he has the throne. While this leads him to be lonely, he has no loyalties to worry about, though none are loyal to him either, unless they are oblivious.
But he hides his emotions and intentions well, moons upon moons of practice serving him well in this department. His sly and devious behavior is often covered up because of this, but his ambition occasionally leads him to make mistakes.
He is very determined, and it is rare for him to stray from a goal. One of the only ways to make him do so is to get him angry. This is quite a feat, as the tom is quite composed and calm most of the time. To get him angry requires a lot of work, and then you may want to run for the hills.
He is quite cruel, yes. In punishments he likes to choose the most extreme. A simple scolding won't do, but a stint with the slaves will. Or no fresh-kill for a week. These punishments often cause fear among the other Heist members, unless the leader tampers them.
