    Shiro left his high school after almost everyone else but as far as he could see he was the only one leaving through this exit cautiously he took out the folder of his next target it was the profile of a middle-aged man who was a drug dealer gangster and ran a s.ex industry he studied the man at the bottom was a note telling him to make the death look like a suicide


    Your character will run into him and see the file


    Trineli was pretty sure she was in trouble already.


    Running through the streets and clutching her bag, she almost literally crashed into someone. “Sorry!” she cried, standing up immediately and going back on her way, before she noticed the file the person was holding. She didn’t know what it was at first, until she saw the note. “O-oh...” she muttered, not able to move for some reason. “...”

    Usually the boy would be able to dodge this but he was so wrapped up in memorizing the profile he hadn't realized the girl was there until it was too late the file almost slipped from his hand but he was able to keep his hold on it though it gave the girl a clear view of what it was when he noticed the girl looking at it he closed the file and looked back at the girl like usual his face blank and emotionless

    She gulped, then looked at him. "I-I... I'm... sorry..." she muttered, knowing full well what this person was. The last thing she wanted was to be killed - which was pretty much what was on the bottom of everyone's list of things that they want. "I... uh..."

    Shiro watched the girl lately he had been studying others emotions he was pretty sure this was the emotion called fear the girl was afraid of him"why do you fear me?"he asked in that monotone voice that made everyone hate him more he never understood why though he guessed it was because of the emotion called anger

    Trineli gulped, looking away. "Y-you're... an assassin, aren't you?" she asked, biting her lip nervously. "Because if you are, then... yeah..." She held her hands together, staring at the ground. "...I'm sorry for bumping into you like that..."

    Shiro blinked once"yeah I am, is that something to be feared?"he asked his head tilted slightly as he looked at her he ignored her apology for bumping into him he didn't really care the others at the organization usually bumped into him purposely because they were jealous of the fact he was special

    "O-of course it is!" she suddenly said aloud, then shut her mouth immediately after she said that. "Why'd you even be that in the first place?" Trineli asked, looking at him. "Don't you think it's... wrong? At least tell me you think it's wrong..."

    Shiro stared at her his eyes never changing still having that vacant look"I'm an assassin because the people there adopted me when I was little and it's the only thing I'm good at"he said he only said that last part because thats what they had told him and he believed everything they said"I don't think it's wrong I'm not permitted to think thoughts like that I'm given an order and I follow it plus all the men I kill are bad guys"he told her his monotone voice smooth opening his file again he showed his target to her

    She stared back at him, then at the file. "It's strange how you're just showing this to me, but..."


    Trineli looked back at him. "So... you're... kind of emotionless, huh..." she muttered, noticing the lack of tone in his voice. "Uh... I..."

    Shiro closed the file once more and put it at his side"I was told to be honest"he said when he was little he had tried to lie and gotten away with it a few times but when he didn't he was beaten half to death after the second time he quit lying all together he didn't like feeling all the pain he was given"I feel nothing at all"he told her

    "...That's... really sad," she said, looking at him. "And you just chose to let your emotions slip away?" she asked quietly, biting her lip. "You're okay with that?"

    "I didn't choose they just disappeared I don't even remember if I ever felt anything"Shiro told her he began digging in his pocket as he talked when he found what he was looking for a lighter he glanced at the photo of the man once more then began burning the file

    She watched the file burn, silently staring. “...That’s...” She didn’t even know what to say. “Wow... Why’d you burn the file?” she asked, looking expectantly at him. “You’re just going to not do it, or...?”

    Shiro waited until the fire was almost by his fingers then he dropped it and watched the rest turn to ash"I was told to burn the files when I am done"he said"I have memorized everything about this man so I am done"the blank faced boy finally looked up from the ash and at the girl

    She looked back at him, staring at his emotionless eyes. “...When did you start being like that?” Trineli asked quietly. “How could you lose your emotions so easily...?”

    "like i said i don't even remember having any emotions so i don't even know if i ever had any"Shiro told her simply like it was just another everyday conversation everything he said seemed like that

    “But don’t you want emotions?” Trineli asked. “Don’t you want to feel anything for once...?” She almost sounded like she was begging now, though only a trained ear would find that out. “Sure, there are some horrible ones that you can feel, but... having emotions makes you alive, you know...”

    Shiro could hear the pleading sound in her voice but the lesson to ignore the begging had been drilled into his mind over and over until he barely noticed it though being asked a question he answered immediately"being honest I didn't realize I was different for awhile but since I have I guess I have"he said averting his blank eyes from hers for once

    “Then you want your emotions back? Becuase I guess... I can help you with that,” she replied nervously. “O-only if you want to, though. I guess.” Trineli looked up at him, silently hoping he would agree. Maybe he will, maybe he won’t... but she would be fine with either decision. Besides, she can’t force someone to do what she wanted...
