    frozenpaw padded out of the camp her white pelt momentarily catching on the entrance/exit as she left, her blue eyes watched the ground and searched for anything that would hint prey. she sniffed the air tilting her pink nose to the ground a little as she did. a musky scent came over her, mouse! she rushed forward with delicate paws and raced toward the scent. no hiding it now the mouse had caught on and began running away. frozen leaped into the air catching the mouse in her grasp a finishing bit killed in instantly.

    frozenpaw smiled and picked up the mouse between her jaws and slid it inside a nearby hollow log, the musky scent would mask the mouse blood so other predators wouldn't find it.

    Cottonpaw scented the air for more prey. She could smell a vole and creeped to where the scent was coming from. She saw vole and began to stalk it. It didn't notice her but then it scampered away. "Mouse-dung." Cottonpaw muttered
