as far as i know, you don't necessarily have to go through any certain process to join a clan. you can make bios for your characters if you want but that seems to be completely optional so really all you have to do is find an open rp thread and jump in or create one of your own.
if by pictures you mean an avatar (the one below your name) then all you have to do is click on "profile" on the menu bar at the top of your screen. a list of options should appear in a drop down box, select the one that says "forum profile" and it should take you to a page with a personalized image option.
and yes, we can most certainly be rp partners c:
[align=center][sup][color=#5E99FF]^ adding on, you can choose to have your character join from being a loner, or preted they've been in the clan their entire life or something.
