    Since we've deduced that Star Kitties get more kittens then non-star kitties, I had an item idea.


    Since getting Star Kitties can be a bit of a pain if you have something IRL to do and break your streak, or aren't a big fan of daily goals, perhaps you could do 30/60/90 posts to get an item that would increase the Star Rank of one cat. You wouldn't be able to use this item to raise Star Rank above Superstar kitty.


    So, it would turn a normal cat into a star kitty, or a star kitty into a superstar kitty.


    I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, but I'd definitely use it a lot. Maybe that's just me. xD Opinions?

    i'm thinking a maybe on this one.
    i truly like the idea, but superstar kitties are special. it takes 140 posts, over 14 days, to get that. it's for the most determined players, those that are dedicated to the game. making that daily thing something that you can get over the course of many weeks of a few posts here and there makes it seem so much less special.


    on the other hand, i would support tweaking the idea so that you make 60-90 posts {i'm leaning towards 90} to raise it to star kitty status. you can only use it on nonstars {of course} and only on adults, so one cannot raise their apprentice to star status and then use only 7 stars to make it a superstar kitty.


    do you like that idea?

    Yeah, personally, I think 90 posts sounds fair. I probably didn't think this idea through as much as I should've, honestly. :P So thank you for the feedback.


    Guess we'll have to see what Wyn thinks, since the game creator would get the final say.
