This is, in this instance, exactly what caused the end of (our) world. The year? We don't know, anymore. Us down on the ground lost track of the days. Wipe the Earth clean while floating on its stormy surface in the Arkship. Take all of the rich and important and launch them into space on the Arkship, leaving those in poverty to die. But no one was told that the lower class would be abandoned. Not until after the Arkship was built. President Luke Noahs was the one who came up with the idea of the Arkship. An you wanna know how he passed off the whole plan to leave us behind? He said that it was only necessary to take a basic quantity of survivors, simply enough to repopulate when they returned to Earth. So here we are. We are called the Renatacions, and we live on what we now call Earth: Renatus. The language of the people? A morphed compilation of Russian and Latin. But none of this is very relevant in what is coming. We are dead. According to the Arkship, nobody here is alive, or even existent. Our ancestors all died in the blasts. And they're returning.
