    "The belly rake is a nice move to put you back in control when you're pinned by an opponent." Nanoheather explained. "It's basically what it sounds like. You rake their belly with your back paws. Their flesh is soft there." She then flicked her tail at Sonilverpaw and Sonadowpaw. "Sonadowpaw, tackle Sonilverpaw, and Sonilverpaw, try to throw her off with the belly rake. Remember, claws are sheathed for training."
    Sonilverpaw nodded vigurously and began to circle Sonadowpaw, a competitive look in her eyes.
