    Minkpaw walked to the elders den, she poked her head inside, good they were awkae "hi Oakpelt, I'm gonna change your bedding"

    IC: ''Yes, let's be off.'' He flicked his tail to beckon his warriors and padded down the rocky steps onto the lower platform, then headed farther down onto the mossy landscape.



    Endlessmoon

    IC: ''G'morning, Sleepy.'' Endlessmoon called to Glasspaw before heading out of the entrance after her leader. ''Minkpaw's been doing great on her training, y'know.'' Endlessmoon told Eaglestar. She was eager for her leader to like her apprentice. ''She's very obidient.''



    Morelpaw

    IC: Morelpaw was walking faster and enjoying the sunshine. Hunting suited her more than anything. She was very rude and picky sometimes but she has always dreamed about being the best hunter.



    Acornsplash

    IC: Acornsplash didn't look convinced but stayed silent. Nightwatch's here, no way I'm backing out now.



    Sage

    OOC: I'mma have Acornsplash lose her tail on this hunt c:

    IC: Nightwatch raised his tail for them to stop, "hawk's nest is just ahead, looks like they are out hunting though


    FalconWing grunted "ok, but that doesn't mean we don't watch for them"


    Nightwatch frowned "yes, Morelpaw" he turned to his apprentice "what do you smell?"


    Owlstrike padded in the back of the patrol


    Morningfrost scnted the air


    Minkpaw cleane dthe elders nest, she hated this

    IC: ''Oh..er..hawks...do I smell vole? And...stale fox?'' She wasn't the best tracker but she tried her best. Her tail twitched.



    Acornsplash

    IC: Acornsplash sat on her haunches and watched the sky for hawks. Her ears were flicking nervously.



    Sage

    Eaglestar

    IC: Eaglestar led his patrol away from the gorge. He scented the air for any sign of Loners or Rogues.



    Endlessmoon

    Morelpaw

    IC: The apprenticed relaxed and let out a sigh. ''Will the hawks come back soon? I want to catch one myself and show it off to the Clan!'' She meowed proudly.



    Acornsplash

    IC: She laid down, whiskers twitching. ''I sure hope they don't come back. It's hard to catch a hawk and dangerous. I prefer catching small birds and squirrels, my favorite.''



    Sage

    Nightwatch shrugged "Morelpaw I don't know if that's a wi-" a shadow crossed over the deputies head


    "idea..." Falconwing finished "hawk!"

    IC: ''Where is it?!'' Asked Morelpaw, leaping to her paws. Her eyes were squinted against the sun but she finally spotted the creature lazily drifting on thermals. ''Oh it was out hunting. I bet I can get it!''



    Acornsplash

    IC: The warrior shrieked and ducked, trembling. ''Don't let it get us!'' She whimpered.

    Nightwatch hissed and stood next to Acornsplash "don't worry, we just have to get into the trees"


    FalconWing grabbed Morelpaw's scruff "no you don't" he mumbled through her fur "there's two"

    Ripplemist flicked her tail "come in.." ( sorry for the short post im about to go to a wedding I'll probably need a recap when I come back!!)

    IC: Morelpaw stiffened. ''Well, why didn't you just say so?'' She said in a hushed whisper, relaxing so Falconwing would see she wasn't going to do anything stupid. ''So what's the plan?''



    Acornsplash

    IC: Acornsplash trembled more but nodded. ''Alright...''



    Sage

    Nightwatch turned around "come on into the trees"


    Falconwing released the apprentice and turned to walk he nosed Morelpaw in front of him just in case


    Morningfrost followed eaglestar silently


    Owlstirke smelled the air

    Eaglestar

    IC: He sniffed again. ''Yes...I do think a cat was here some time. It's stale though. Longpetal, Endlessmoon, Owlstrike, you all go check the other side of the border and refresh the scent marks. Me and Morningfrost will cover this area.'' The truth was he just felt most comfortable around the pale cream tabby she-cat. He wanted badly to share his worries with her but refused to burden her with them.



    Endlessmoon

    IC: Endlessmoon nodded, waiting for Owlstrike and Longpetal to take the lead. Her thick-furred tail twitched.



    Morelpaw

    IC: She rolled her eyes but obeyed. Her ears flicked as she followed them.



    Acornsplash

    IC: She relaxed a bit. Acornsplash looked at the sky to see where the hawks were, squinting.



    Sage

    Owlstrike nodded and began leading the two she cats


    Morningfrost dipped her head "so what's wrong, you have your worried face" she asked Eaglestar


    Nightwatch let out a sigh of relief as the went into the forest


    Falconwing padded up front leaving Acornsplash in the back


    Minkpaw dipped her head to the elder and walked outside

    IC: ''Huh?'' He seemed more lost than ever, then his eyes cleared. ''Oh, I have a worried face?'' He asked, whiskers twitching with embarrassment. ''And oh..It was um, just a dream. I'm just concerned is all.''



    Endlessmoon

    Morelpaw

    IC: Morelpaw sat on her haunches. ''Are we going to catch some lunch for the Clan or what?'' She asked.



    Acornsplash

    IC: She squeaked as she trailed behind.



    Sage

    IC:



    OOC: Should Acorn lose her tail being snatched by a hawk grabbing her tail and tearing it up badly and accidently dropping her? O-O

    OOC: yeah, then Nightwatch can swoop in and carry her to safety XD


    IC: Morningfrost looked down "LynxHeart?"


    FalconWing kept walking and smiled at the apprentice "That is a good question"


    Nightwatch nodded "yes sorry I-"


    The hawk swoops in heading straight for AcornSplash

    Uhmmm.... Nightwatch, FalconWing, Morelpaw, and Acornsplah are on hunting patrol, A hawk is attacking them


    Eaglestar and Morningfrost are out together


    Owlstrike, LongPetal, and Endlessmoon are on patrol

    IC: Eaglestar's ear flicked uncomfortably. ''Well..yes..She told me there was a Loner who was the Father of one of GorgeClan's cats. I'm looking for him.''



    Endlessmoon

    Morelpaw

    IC: Her ears flattened. She hissed.



    Acornsplash

    IC: Acornsplash shrieked with terror as the hawk snatched her up by her tail, her whole weight lifted by her tail. She yowled in pain as it's talons tore away the flesh of it as it tried to lift higher, but it was failing.
