    Maypaw couldn't force her jaws open to speak. She couldn't even force herself to her paws. Her eyes were glazed over as she looked at the ground, her gaze fixated. It was all too much. Why was her family slowly dying off...? She couldn't even deal with it, she still wasn't over Stagpaw...! Now her mother was gone as well? No, it wasn't... It was all to much for her fragile heart. It just hurt. It all hurt so much, her body numbing over. She couldn't feel Adderbite beside her anymore.

    Fresh beginning!


    Barkpaw was laying down by a bush somewhere close to a small stream that sparkled in the sunlight. He was curled up on the ground watching the stream ripple his eyes dark with sadness. He couldn't believe that their mother was dead, everyone close to him seemed to get hurt or die, first with Callingstorm leaving them, Reedpaw disappearing, his father gone, Stagpaw getting killed and now their mother. He herd Catpaw calling for him but stayed there not wanting to be teased by her.

    Jadefall purred loudly felling her heart swell with happiness " I love you too dear now go off and find Lonetalon, Im sure you two will want to spend time with eachother " She said flicking her ear affectionately and stood up stretching her body.

    ((Dark, the Allegiance needs to be updated a lot I think :P There's more mates and Quietleaf is basically the only active medicine cat now, with no apprentices (yet, though Juepaw will be) and another bunchload of things... I can help sort it out if you want))



    Adderbite nuzzled his nose into her head and sighed. "I'm so sorry, Maypaw..." he murmured, almost as pained as she was just by seeing her like this. He didn't know what else to say... no words could heal a broken heart. The only thing he could do was be here for her. "We should go see Quietleaf..." he whispered in her ear. Maybe some poppy seeds would help the young she-cat.


    Catpaw continued looking for Barkpaw. "Look, what's-his-pelt sent me after you and I'm not leaving until you come out, so you'd better!" she hollered, already knowing relatively where he was but wanting him to come out on his own. If he was crying, she didn't want to be anywhere near that. Strong emotions, other than rage, were the only thing on this earth that intimidated her.


    Lonetalon walked back into camp, his dark tabby tail flicking side to side contently. He noticed Soaringsky by Jadefall and sent a short smile towards the both of them, not having to wonder what they were discussing. He padded into the warrior's den and curled up in a nest, sufficiently worn out.


    Quietleaf smiled at Junepaw, motioning to the owl on her back. "Hrynn and I were just going to collect more herbs. It would be nice to have a warrior along... would you like to join us?" she asked the apprentice.


    Tallpaw trotted over to Blacklightning and poked him in the side. "Do I have any traning to look forward to today?" he smirked at his mentor, his own good eye gleaming. It help like moons since their last session.


    Twigkit slunk into a corner of the camp, away from curious eyes, and began to plot his revenge at Brackenkit for taking his fight. ((Nothing serious, just a little prank)) he traced his paw in the sand, making a crude map of the camp. He put a pawprint on the nursery. His eyes squinted as his brain worked to formulate a suitable plan. A evil little grin spread on his face. "I got it!" he whispered, wagging his tail in delight.

    Barkpaw closed his eyes letting out a puff of annoyance, he knew he would have to get up later, that he can't grive forever but it seemed like he had no real choice with Catpaw. Heaving up to his paws he shook out his fur giving it a quick groom and padded out of the bushes going where Catpaw was out " Okay im out " He mewed sitting down in front of her his ears flat. He could already almost hear the insult coming about being a weak clanner or over sensitive.


    Windkit herd Tallpaw ask Blacklighting something training and immediately dashed out of the nursery to them " Hey I wanna join too! " He shouted wagging his tail excitedly. He crouched down on the floor and sprang forward pouncing on Tallpaw's paw.

    Catpaw saw him come out of the bushes and smirked, trotting over to him. She nudged him in the shoulder, her smile turning more sympathetic. "Hey..." she said in an almost-whisper, her tone encouraging. "I know what it's like to lose cats close to you. The pain doesn't go away... but it gets better." She licked his ear, then hers twitched and the smirk came back. "Can't pout forever, clanner! Let's go hunt!" she said excitedly, bounding around the clearing.


    Tallpaw lifted his paw to dodge Windkit. "Hey there!" he said in surprise. He looked down at the kit, recognizing himself in Windkit's enthusiasm. "You can't go out into the forest quite yet," he chuckled, ruffling the kit's head-fur. "But I can show you some stuff here!" he took a few steps back and crouched, readying himself for an attack. "Show me what you can do!" he called, flicking his tail to the side.
