(ok, I'll do it.)
Shade slowly moved, and got his paw out from under her head without waking or disturbing her. He quickly, but silently, ran out of the cave, off to hunt.

Shade slowly moved, and got his paw out from under her head without waking or disturbing her. He quickly, but silently, ran out of the cave, off to hunt.
She shifted, curling up tightly before brushing a icicle, the cold surface waking her. She roused, her eyes fluttering open as she yawned, slowly raising her head and looked around.
Shade ran back in after a short while, holding a small pheasant in his mouth. "Hungry?" He said with a mouthful of feathers.
She had gotten slightly worried, but when he came back she smiled softly, nodding.
Shade dropped the limp, plump bird in front of her. "here.."
She sniffed it, carefully drawing a paw forward and used a claw to roughly pull away the feathers and pluck the bird. "Would you like to share?" She asked quietly.
"No, I'm good. I ate while I was out there, sorry," He said to her with a smile.
She shrugged, bending her head and began tearing off the feathers to get to the meat as she began to eat.
Shade sat there and watched her patiently. His purring was a rhythm in the quiet air.
She listened quietly, still half asleep as she ate the bird.
Shade took this moment to lick the top of her head kindly.
She glanced up, smile, gently and press her nose to his for a moment before going back to eat.
Shade looked a little surprised and purred to her.
She purred softly, finishing her bird and stretched slightly.
Shade smiled at her. "Any ideas on where to go next?" he asked her, thinking she would travel somewhere else, away from him.
"Nope." Was her simple answer to him.
"You're staying here?" Shade asked her, surprised but yet happily.
She shrugged, "until, you turn me away..." She said a little shyly, looking down, her ears roaring.
"I'm not cruel... stay as long as you want!" Shade purred to her kindly.
He smiled, lifting her nose to press it to beneath his chin, her eyes closed briefly as she purred loudly in return.
