Marcus nodded to her then frowned slightly "how long...do you think we will last?" He asks softly.

"It's just like a game of chance…gotta play each move correctly or it's game over." Emma said looking back at the window.

Marcus glances down at his wounded side and frowns "I was close that time..."

Marcus glanced at her and spoke softly "I love you...and I haven't stopped loving you since the day I first saw you.."
