Boris shot up from the scream. He knew that was his mates scream. he ran full speed until he came upon her limp body and the bear. He attacked the bear hard, leaving warning marks, and the bear ran off whaling. Boris ran to his mate and helped her in the den, then began licking her wounds.

Emerald's eye's opened up a little bit and she felted pain every where.She whimpered.

Ashlynns eyes were still wide from seeing everything. She stood at the mouth of the den still shaking in shock.

Emerald spoke,"Boris.....Ash were are you?"

Ash heard her mother's voice and she slowly made her way over to her on shaky legs. She sat next to her mothers front paws and looked at her

Emerald saw Ash.At once Emerald grabbed her and pulled her to her side,"Ash are you all right and have you seen your father my little one?"Emerald whimpered from the pain in moving her body.

Ash slowly nodded, she was a little jumpy and kept looking outside the den.

"Ash it will not happen again I promisie you I would never leave you my little you."Emerald licked her ear.

"I don't know."Emerald looked around,"Go howl for him plz I'm to weak to do it but you can."She licked her face

She slowly nodded and went just outside the den and did her best big wolf howl she could muster.
