    Northkit found a bronze egg, she opened it and found a small compass attached to a leather string inside. She slipped it on around her neck, it was big on her, but Northkit knew she would grow into it.


    Quick-kit found a silver bracelet in a silver egg. It was a little big, but it fit.


    Dragonkit found a large rainbow-colored egg with Skittles inside. The orangy tomkit shared the candy with his silver tabby brother and his faded (dilute) calico sister.

    Sea was holding the basket as she trotted up to the large tom known as (Treefox) "Yup! Egg hunt, lookie how many me and my sissy have."

    Ocean padded up beside her with a bright smile, looking up at the large tom, so far they had about 6 eggs in the little pink and yellow basket.

    Neonpaw looked to the other two who had joined them and peered into their basket, his eyes wide with interest as he seen how many they had. "What's the point of finding them, though?" He asked politely, flicking his ear toward the one he had upfront of him, cupped between his paws like a small yarn ball.

    Sprout yawned and opened her eyes. The green she kit looked around, when suddenly, a group of eggs caught her eye. Eggs? And so strangely colored?

    "Just for fun, and some of them have gifts inside like candy or shinies." she purred, looking around to see if any were in plain sight.

    "Yep! and the candies are really yummy." she giggled.

    Ernala purred to herself as she scampered through the underbrush, her fine fur never catching or snagging on the prickly plants. Her wide eyes were searching, searching for a precious egg of her own. What would be inside? She wondered this thoughtfully. This would be the first time in a long while that she had been near enough to the clans to celebrate Easter this way.
    Strikeclaw hurried ahead of his younger sister, Bramblepaw; no, they were not littermates, but that's a story for another time. For now, they were having great fun in the simple game of an Easter Egg hunt. His solemn eyes and face were not exactly lit up (most doubted this could even happen), but he did seem a bit lighter than usual. Just a bit. In heart, though, he was as joyful as a kit on it's first hunt. Bramblepaw, however, was enjoying just as much as the next apprentice would, purring and loving the day off. Beware, though, her competitive streak would most defiantly show it's side if she found a particularly beautiful egg.
    Walnutkit looked almost like an egg herself, or maybe a soft-furred rabbit kit at the least. Her creamy fur stuck out among the dark green like either would, and her dark blue eyes spoke of wonderment. This, this amazing day, was her first Easter, but she was having absolutely no luck in finding any of the precious prizes that the bunny left.

    The apprentice made a puzzled look, but seemed to get the jest of it. "Oh, so we basically just get treats to eat and things to play with. Alright, seems pretty cool, I guess."

    2/30) She looked up and felt a little dizzy. She could see the vibrant purple and spotted egg high up in the tree about twelve branches above hers. She heaved a sigh and again mustered the courage to keep on climbing; Windclan didn't practice such foolish things as 'climbing' it was pointless and stupid and something she wasn't used to. Come on Dovescry! We are braver then this and if being in a clan has taught me anything its to be brave. She told herself sounding like a motivational speaker but only to one cat.

    Sprout noticed the eggs were patterned in all kinds of colors and patterns. She took a bit, relishing in the delicious chocolate inside. I didn't expect it to be candy!

    Sea saw the one in the tree and dashed off, being the tiny and light thing she was she pretty much threw herself up the tree, when she got to the egg she looked down at the other femme and meowed "You want some help getting this egg, it was yours first."

    Ocean watched, cringing at the thought of jumping that high or even being in the air.

    Sprout finished off the eggs, leaving the colorful shell behind. She looked around for more, noticing some other cats searching as well.
