Londonkit watched the sky, a baby blue color, sun shining- oh who was she kidding? It was pouring out. The sky was a dark gray, with large thunderclouds that looked big enough to pick up the whole Windclan camp. London stayed beside the nursery, where it was sheltered. She didn't mind getting her pelt wet, but she would avoid it if she could. The kitten did have plans for today, but seeing as Mother Nature isn't in the mood, London is guessing they were cancelled. Another day of staying inside the nursery. Woohoo."

  • Eaglekit was watching the rain quickly downpour from the nursery, his ice blue eyes watching as each droplet of water hit the ground. Like mother nature, the chocolate smoke cat wasn't in much of a good mood. For one, he had hoped for a lovely spring day to emerge from the clouds so he could go exploring. Second, he just didn't like rain. He knew exactly why there was a reason for the water to come pouring down, but not when he had a lovely sea of grass for him to explore.

So, Eaglekit decided to scoot up a little bit closer to the nursery entrance, feeling the rain drop on top of his tiny pink nose. If this was as close as he could get to nature, then this was exactly Eaglekit's plan. Swishing his tail slowly back and fourth, his ice blue eyes still watched the water pouring, pouring, pouring.

[size=8][font=arial]Londonkit tore her gaze from the rain, distracted. She had seen something, or someone, move. "Hello?" she asked, looking behind her and around her. This thing was really annoying her. She wanted to find it. The kitten got up, stretched, then walked around the corner to the entrance.

There, in front of the nursery, was another kitten, a chocolate smoke tom. London sighed, a bit disappointed, then looked back up at the kit. Maybe she could hang out with this kit, he didn't look too bad. Plus, pretty much anything was better than doing nothing.

  • Eaglekit looked back at a voice he had just heard. There was another kit who looked to be at just the same age as he was. His ice blue eyes blinked slightly before he introduced himself. "Hello, miss." the chocolate smoke started out with "My name is Eaglekit, what's your's? I'm sure we'll be seeing each other around camp and the nursery and what not, so it might be nice if I knew what to call you." Eaglekit finished, waiting for a response.

"Londonkit." she said plainly, then asked, "What're you doing here? I mean, don't you have something to do?" She was curious to know if, like her, his plans were ruined by the weather.

  • "Well...To be exact I had some plans today to explore more of Windclan camp. there always seems to be something out there to explore. I was also hoping that one day I will be able to get the chance to explore the territory outside of Windclan camp. I've heard many things about all of the different wildlife out there, but I heard from one of the Honor Guards that I have to be older before I can go out." Eaglekit responded, focusing his gaze back on the rain. He didn't care if it was raining out. It was just that one of the queens would try to drag him back inside the nursery. Heck, all the chocolate smoke wanted to do was go outside.

"Have you ever been outside Windclan camp?" she asked, curious to know how far he'd been away from the nursery. She knew that for her, it would be a definite yes. She'd been outside and on the territory countless times. It had even begun to be boring. But if this kit had never been.. maybe she could show him around.

  • "I wish I could. I always get stopped when I try to go outside of camp, even for the slightest inch." Eaglekit mentioned, sighing. That was his only wish at the moment, to not be bound by any camp walls. It was true, he loved Windclan, but he also liked to go and explore brand new places.

"If you want, I can show you outside the camp." The savannah said to the other kitten. It was hard to believe he had been caught so many times- she hardly ever got caught, but when she did, she didn't care. Whatever. That's was sort of her motto. That's how she rolled.

  • Eaglekit nodded as he stood up on his lean, white legs. Well, in Windclan he stuck out a bit like a sore thumb. It was most likely due to the fact he was a brand new member and they didn't want him to escape or anything. Oh well, it wasn't like he had lived on the streets before he moved into Windclan.

"C'mon." Was all the kitten said as she got up and made her way to the exit she always used. It was behind the nursery, a place no one really went or saw. The savannah squeezed through the narrow hole in the nursery wall. She was getting to be a big large to fit in it, seeing as she was a savannah she was bigger than most other kittens and the hole was quite small. Oh well. She'd find another place to sneak out if she didn't fit through it anymore. As Londonkit got to the other side, she stretched her legs and waited for Eaglekit to emerge.
