~ "I like to think I have a friendly appearance and smile. My fur is primarily light blue, except for around my midsection where it darkens to a shade closer to navy. The fur there also is longer, so it sags off my body and covers my knees. I keep a Scalchop on both of my knees. That location is ideal for quickly grabbing them and striking. My paws are a black in color. My tail is flat and also black. I like to wear a red scarf around my neck where I display my Rescue Badge and rank." ~

~ "If you watch my train my fighting skills you may see me as a cold, relentless person. This is not really me. When training I also want to put all my focus on striking down the practice target. In reality however, I am very thoughtful. I am a compassionate person who tries to understand the views of other people and tries to see things from others perspective. I am protective of my friends and teammates and hate to see them harmed. Despite my vigorous training, I do not take much pleasure in battling real opponents. In training I am hurting wooden dummies, punching bags, or a tree trunk. In a real situation I am hurting another person. I have a strong sense of justice and I hate to see all this crime going on. It genuinely tears my heart. I try to be a positive person to keep those around me positive and to keep myself happy. I am a cautious thinker who likes to plan and strategize."

"In battle I am very swift. I usually let my opponent make the first move. I prefer not to make the first move because I try to avoid the conflict altogether. I can usually then parry or dodge their first attack and retaliate with some of my own. I am well-trained in physical blows with my Scalchops and even punches and kicks. I can also strike from a range with some Special Attacks like Water Pulse and Ice Beam. I am also skilled at using tools in battle, like Iron Spikes, Blast Seeds, and Gravelerocks." ~

~ "Like most Oshawott, I started training hard at a young age. Most People of the Samurott line believe that hard training and discipline is a must. This is where my battle skills began. I continued training as I got older as well, branching out into different forms and methods, like ranged tools and Special Attacks. I moved out of the house young, which is normal for a Dewott. I live in a small house at the edge of town now. I still kept in touch with my family when I did move out, visiting them at least twice a week. I recently became the member of a rescue team, deciding to put my skills in combat to good use. I found that fighting a real person was a lot more difficult than a practice dummy. It wasn't as fun as I thought it would be. However, I still wouldn't want to do anything else. The feeling I get when I save another Pokemon is overwhelming. I also hate to see all these criminals, and I hope someday the Rescue Teams of the world, or someone else, can solve this problem with the criminals. in the meantime, I want to keep everyone safe." ~

~ So why is there such an increase in criminal activity? Is everyone genuinely confounded by the increase in crime? Is the increase in crime linked to something else, like an increase in natural disasters that destroys other Pokemon's homes and food so that they have to steal from others? ~

Alright! Since no one else has asked for partners, I guess I'll be the first. Pocky, your character seems fun. Would you like to be Kyle the Dewott's partner? Since my character is someone who likes to protect others I figured he probably grew attached to you because he felt sorry for you because of your curse and wants to protect you. What do you think?

Also, rescue teams typically have three or four members, so if anyone wants me to be on their team just ask!

Read them (they are so short not to), but since my form took a little while to make I forgot to put "hope is real" in the Other section. If I was smart though I would have done that first, so that is really a poor excuse. Sorry. I'll edit it in (even though there isn't much point in doing so now XD)

And I am not saying that you have to tell us everything. For example, if natural disasters are occuring you don't have to say why they are happening more frequently. Criminals usually become criminals because need to commit crimes to get what they need or want. They usually do not like it, though they may like it after they have been doing it a while. Criminals aren't usually just evil people.

So unless, for some unknown reason, there is an increase in people who want to spread misery to others for some unknown reason, an increase in crime usually means that many people cannot get what they need to live for some reason. For example, a food shortage due to a famine. You can say there is a famine, but we wouldn't know why there is one or how to fix it yet. That way there is still plenty of room for story development.

I didn't think I was, people don't start attacking each other for no reason after all, but your thread so you're the boss.

And I forgot to confirm this earlier, but I'll be happy to be your teammate. Do you have any ideas for how we met?

and you can just refer to me as p4. I know I picked a horrible username, but for some reason I like it.

So for how we met, I was thinking that maybe Kyle helped Pocky get out of some kind of trouble. Kyle felt sorry for Pocky's situation with the curse and immediately felt an attatchment towards her as a protector since no one else would do something like this in the crime-infested world. I imagine Kusa, who I think would be a good team leader if Tiz wants, was willing to let Pocky go because of her bravery and energy. Kyle doesn't like the idea though.

What do you two think?

Alright, though I imagine Kyle would be reluctant to let Pocky join, for her own safety, so I imagine Kusa had to persuade him.

As far as Kusa and Kyle go, since you cannot think of anything we can probably just have them be friends since they were young. They are the same age, so that makes sense. Since Kyle was brought up in a family that values strength that would also explain why he evolved before Kusa.

I am horrible with names though, so I'll let one of you two pick our teams name.
