She is a Jinchūriki, She holds Shukaku. It was removed from her father when he became too weak to hold it. She knows she holds the One-Tail but she is unaware that her father once held it.

Always looking on the bright side, she can lighten the mood with just her smile. Kana is quiet and gentle, sometimes described as shy, but when she opens up can be somewhat hyperactive and will openly share her thoughts (unfortunately, it's not easy to get her to open up though.)
