City (a mutated society) Chapter 2

Personality: Laurel is kind to other people who work for the government. She is also very strict. For rebels and soulless, she is rude and teases them.
Appearance: She is a female with curly dark brown hair and chocolate brown eyes. She normal wears a formal outfit but isn't afraid to get it cut up of damaged. Laurel is very good looking :).
Group: Government
Power (Citizen/Soulless): She can summon a dragon, wolf, or bird. These animals are not real animals, but are made out of a thick white mist. The dragon is good for fights. It breaths out a chilly wind that can give frostbite to an enemy and blind them for a moment, giving Laurel a good chance to rescue a person or escape

. The bird, or dove, is best for spying or helping to unlock a door. Its also good company

. The wolf simply does what a wolf does, attack

. All these spirit animals can be easily destroyed with flames or very hot temperatures. They are at their strongest and most powerful form when it is freezing cold.
Weakness (2): She is claustrophobic and is afraid of being left alone with no one else around.
History: Laurel lived with her Government protected family for her whole life. She was taught that Souless were the enemies and how she could use her Citizen power to kill them. She was given a job for the Government at twenty and became a loyal advisor to the Mayor. Laurel has one job that she has taken part in for a while, and that is to find a rebel named Blaze.

Relatives: Had a sister named Rose, but other than that, not much is known about her family tree.

Age: 14
Gender: Female
Personality: She is not afraid of other people and rarely trusts them. She has a soft side with friends and animals.
Appearance: She is a defiant, young brunette that lives alone. She normally wears a white hoodie that turned grey with age. Jeans are the type of pants she wears, but none look new. Blood spots strain all her t-shirts and clothes.

Power (Citizen/Soulless):
Weakness (2): 1.)Jazilin is terrified of guns because of her encounters with them at a young age.
2.)She will do anything for her animals or another animals safty.

History: (This story is told by Jazzy herself. It is from her posts on the last thread.)
Before the war and mutation, I was a normal girl with a normal family and siblings. It was nice to have people close to me to ask for help or comfort. Anyway, when the war came, we moved and drove away from the city. But there were many people leaving by the main road anyway so we grabbed the few objects we needed and left. We meaning my family and a few friends. Then problems formed.

My mother became sick with some virus. So did a few other people. No amount or type of medicine seamed to help. They died after a long month of suffering. It was me, my dad and some friends that were left from the plague. Life after that was tough. Food was harder to find, allies became smaller, and we were known as enemies to too many people.

Then we found a small apartment building that was almost like home to us. Size didn't matter, we were happy to have a roof under our heads.

After a while of living their, we were driven from our only home. My father helped me to hide from the evil men, and since I was small it was no problem. I crawled through a vent to escape through the back door. But when I looked behind me as I ran away, I saw no one else was behind me.

That's my life story as far as family history, how I got Argo and Shadow would be another story.

Relatives: All were supposedly killed. Her mothers name was Lily, and her fathers name was Jonas.

Oh yeah, her animals story!
At 13, she found a small Siberian husky puppy howling in a run down building. She gained the dogs trust with a bone and kept the husky ever since. As she grew older, she rescued a yearling horse from terrible owners. The mare was black with four white socks on each foot and a white star on her forehead.

Gender: Male
Personality: Tom is a kind young man that constantly has conversations with his rat.
Appearance: Tom has dark brown hair and brown eyes. He has a smile on his face almost all the time.

Group: None
Power (Citizen/Soulless): He can hear animals thoughts and only thinks that he can speak to them.
Weakness (2): His rat is his soul and his weakness. Tom is blind in his left eye, leaving him more vulnerable on that side.
History: Tom is a young man that was caught by Assistants. He pretended to be mad so that perhaps they would lay low on his punishments. When this didn't work, he did go mad, talking to a rat that lived in his cell, Stone, almost constantly. Although guards heard him speaking to something, Tom hid Stone well and the rat was never found.

Power (Citizen/Soulless, only up to two): he can go weeks without eating or drinking and seamed to have endless energy, all he needs is sleep.
Weakness (2): He doesn't take thing seriously
If he doesn't get sleep, his body starts to shut down and he becomes very sick.
History: He has lived with his grandmother for his whole life and never knew his parents. He lives a regular life and is looking for a job.
Change (Citizen): He had accidentally drank radioactive water and food and had some other bizzare things happen before he found out he didn't need to eat.
Relatives: he may have other but his grandmother is all he knows of
Other: blue and he has a horrible sense of direction

Gender:Male
Personality:rather cold and untrusting at first, bossy but is rather nice once you know him. He is extreamly hard headed and is not easily persuaded
Appearance: Ace has light wavy brown hair that is usually slightly shaggy but looks good. He has a chiseled chin and relatively no cheekbone. He aways haas a perfect white smile on and thick eyebrows that jus emphasizes his eyes. His bright amber eyes have this affect that makes people want to look at them and it's hard to stop. He is rather tall and lanky and only looks half as strong as he is. He has a large vertical scar on his right cheek and is the only blemish on his skin. He often wears gloved that only leaves the tip of his thumb and index and middle finger exposed ( The glove improves grip). He always wears a siver chain with a dog tag on it with a fake ID and a green vest that hides his large shoulders

Power (Citizen/Soulless):Citizen, he has the power to basically look through people's minds. He can read their thoughts if wanted to, slightly change their mood, see their memories, Manipulate their will(like give him something and walk away) and afterword make them forget that he did. He can only do it an a small scale like grab that key next to your hand. He cant make people harm themselves or do anything they would never do. He can also tell if they are lying
Weakness (2): He is extreamly sensitive to electricity ( being shocked. Lights, computers and other electronics are fine) If he is in a lot of pain or is extreamly angry, his body automatically taps into anyone's mind within twenty+ feet and causes major fear( flight instinct) towards him. His eyes always show his true feelings. If he controls a person for too long or pushes his mental limits too far, his body can't take it and his nose, mouth and eyes begin to bleed until he goes uncontiouse or dies. He can't tolerate any kind of raw cotton(right off the plant) or he goes into a coughing fit.
History: His sister was a soulless and he was taken from his family at a young age. He was given to a scientist who actual used him as test subject for inhanced thinking tests. He only remembers parts of his life because he was hit in the head with a brick and was mistaken for a soulless.
Change (Citizen):his adopted father used him for thinking tests which didnt hurt but allowed him to see into a persons mind by touching them or looking into their eyes. Later, he was hit over the head and was mistaken for a soulless and was used as another test subject for the mayor to make something to control people but it backfired and Ace used his new abilities to escape.

Iris can "eat souls " ish...not realy, she just can give and take people's life energy if she is looking into their eyes and touching their skin

Only her mouth is visible and some edges of brutal scars on her left side of her face. She wears a black bandana around her eyes (like a blindfold but she can see perfectly.). She has bleach blond hair (looks white in the sun) and what looks to be a catarac in her left eye. Her irises a very light grey white and when she activates her powers, her eyes turn whit, staring from the "catarac ".
