In desperate search of a partner for Hearts and Hooves day, Rainbow Dash turns to her friend and adviser, Twilight Sparkle, to help her on her search. Little does she know, the special somepony she had been looking for was right by her side the whole time.

To roleplay as Twilight, please give me a roleplay sample, and I will accept you if it meets the standards of this thread. I will be roleplaying Rainbow Dash.

Example: Rainbow Dash opened the puffy, white door outside of her cloud house, yawning as she floated in the air, her flapping cyan wings a blur. She had decided to skip breakfast, thinking a full stomach would only slow her down. After all, that day was Hearts and Hooves day, and the ponies spending their Hearts and Hooves day with their special somepony would expect a bright, sunny day.

After clearing the clouds, Rainbow Dash lowered herself so that she was floating closer to the ground. Only the rumbling of her stomach broke the silence in the air as she looked for something to eat. While flying, she couldn't help but notice that there seemed to be more romance among the earth-walking ponies than she originally thought. There didn't seem to be a pony without a lover anywhere. Her original thoughts of Hearts and Hooves day not being the day for her were shoved aside. After all, she didn't want to sit in the mud while her friends all had coltfriends. If I can impress somepony enough to be their marefriend...

Confidence bursted inside her body as she walked into the breakfast bar and sat on one of a series of red, cushiony stools in front of an ordering table. "The usual," she told the waitress, who nodded her head and trotted into the kitchen.

"Oh, hey there, Twilight. Didn't see ya there." She leaned on the table, giving a confident stare. Perhaps she could help me find a coltfriend... Or marefriend. Or whatever. "How ya been?"

Rainbow sat up in surprise as her friend's wing brushed her shoulder. She was about to protest, but decided to shrug it off. "Things have been fine. I taught Scoots some awesome new moves yesterday." Even though Scootaloo's attempts to fly with her small wings almost always ended in vain, it was at least nice to hang out with her. And show off my flying, she thought with a smirk.

The sweet smell of blueberry pancakes suddenly filled her senses as the waitress scooted her breakfast towards her, setting a small pitcher of syrup between her and Twilight and a fork and knife settled neatly on a napkin next to her plate. "Anything else?" the mare asked, who received a response of the Pegasus shaking her head before trotting to another customer. Rainbow Dash didn't stare at the wonderful food for long before dipping the syrup onto her pancakes and taking a bite out of one.
