Aleron's father is set on turning his daughter into the lawyer he is himself. He is very strict and never lets her do what she wants. Its always, study study study. There isnt time to play according to her father, and Al is fed up with it. But she cant do anything about the way her life has been set by her father. Not without help. That's where your guy comes in. He's a total bad boy, and when he first sees Al at the park, he's hooked. But not like with other girls. He wanted to stay with her, not use her and lose her. But when her father refuses to let them see each other, the boy will go through anything to see her, sneaking to her house at night, helping her when she was in pain. He loved her. But he was afraid to say it. Her father wants walks in on them getting a little heated (just like making out or something), and outraged, he beats his daughter and throws the boy out. What will they do to stay together?

I sat on a bench at the park, listening to music and tapping my foot gently to the beat. I was doing what I always did because of my dad; studying. To become something I really didn't want to be. I wanted to make music, maybe being a singer, but my dad would never let that happen. I sighed quietly and looked down at my phone, which kept vibrating with text messages. My dad wanted me to com ehome. I really didn't want to. All he did was yell at me, and give me lectures about being a lawyer. Didn't he understand I didn't want to be one! I stood up, pulling on my jacket before heading down the cement path back to the streets.

  • Hunter- age 16

IC Silently I sat near the back of the park my eyes glancing around to catch something interesting. This was my typical routine since I didn't have very many friends. At around noon I came to the park and sat down at the same exact bench and watched as the little kids tumbled and played. Than I went home were my parents would completely ignore me as if I didn't exist. I suppose it was easier for them that way since they never really wanted me anyway. I was about to get up and leave when I spotted a girl standing up and leaving. She was beautiful she had a chestnut brown colored hair and amazing intense blue eyes. I stood up without thinking and began to walk toward her. When I caught up with her I fumbled for a few minutes my brain fuzzy and not allowing me to find my words. At last I spoke though. "Uh, Hey," I say feeling a bit stupid for my lack of intelligent words.

My aqua orbs flickered over to the male who had come up behind me. He looked nervous, flustered in fact. I knew this boy from somewhere, and he sure as hell did not look like this the first time I saw him. I rubbed my eyes, yawning gently and taking a small step back, for he had stopped himself quite close to me, out bodies practically touching. "Uhh... Hey." I answered in a sheepish tone, unsure of what he wanted from me. No guys ever really talked to me because of my dad... He kinda scares them all off the first day of school.

  • I smiled glad for the reply even though she seemed confused. I half wondered why for I was not there to harm her and she probably had many people to talk to. She was beautiful like those popular girls that I saw on tv. But she didn't seem stuck up or mean. I thought for a moment wondering what I could say to her to break the awkwardness that was clearly between us. "I'm Hunter," I decided to tell her hoping that if we exchanged names it would make both of us a little bit less on edge.

"I'm Aleron.. Just call me Al..." I whispered in a quite voice, my eyes looked up at him, still trying to figure out what compelled him to even come over here. I crossed my arms protectively over my stomach, looking down. "I-I should go..."

  • "No, Please don't go," Hunter said without thinking. He watched her carefully thinking quickly of a good excuse on why she shouldn't go. But his mind drew a blank. He cleared his throat. "I mean, it's so boring here, i'd like to have someone to share my boredom with," He said hoping that sound good enough.

I blinked slowly, my eyes turning to look at my feet. What did he want with me? Guys never talked to me, and I honestly did not know what made this one different. I was bland, didn't think I was all that pretty, and my dad of course, sfares them all. Like I said before. I crossed my arms, shuffling my feet nervously. "I-I don't really have a choice. My dad wants me home. And he doesn't handle me being late all too well. Last time I was late..." I trailed off with a slight shrug, not really wanting to get into the details with a stranger.

  • I frown shaking my head slowly and wondering what I could say to make her stay, just a little bit longer. "Al," I said, saying her name felt weird but wonderful, "Just for a minute," I almost begged. "I hardly ever get to talk to girls so beautiful and I just can't let this opportunity go without a fight," I didn't really know where that came from but my mind was beginning to come up with smoother things to say by the minute.

I shuffled my feet again, biting my lip and twiddling my thumbs. I was not beautiful. I looked up at him, taking another step back. "I really cant stay. Maybe I'll see you around or something... I dont know. But ky dad is already angry at me as it is, its best I keep it on a down low for awhile. Maybe I could just give you my number... We can text or something..

  • I sigh seeing that I was getting no where. She was defiantly not going to stay no matter what I said. "Okay, let's exchange numbers," I said deciding that was better than never talking to her again. "Maybe we can meet up again when your dad is less upset."

I nodded, though I highly doubted this boy would remember my nake by tomorrow, let alone remember to call or text me. I pulled out a pan and gently reached for his hand, taking a light hold on it before slowly writing my number on the top part of it, blushing slightly.

  • I smile as I watch her write her number on my hand. "Thank you Al," I say nodding slightly at the number. "Don't be alarmed when I begin texting you okay? I promise i'm not a serial killer." He than stares at her taking in her every movement.

I couldn't help but blush. I couldn't look at him, unable to meet his eyes. I could feel them on me though, watching every move I made. I dropped my hands to my sides after gently releasing his own, before shoving the pen back into my bag. I waved slightly, looking over towards the street, not looking forward to going home at all. I wished I could stay honestly, but I couldn't. Maybe I liked this boy's company just a little bit, but I couldn't enjoy it for long.

  • "Well I guess this is goodbye until later," I say with a smile. I didn't really want to walk away, I wanted to stay by her side. But I saw nothing more I could do so I turned and slowly walked away. I returned to the bench I was sitting at earlier and sat down my eyes locking once again on Al. I couldn't remove my gaze from her face no matter how hard I tried.

  • I'll start.

IC I stared at my hand typing the number written on it into my simple pay as you go phone. When I finished I thought of what I should send the girl I had met yesterday for the first official text. Of course it would have to be clever, something that would surprise her and make her smile. Sadly my brain wasn't working correctly and no matter how deep I grasped into it I couldn't think of anything but 'hey, hello, Hi'. I shook my head slowly disappointed by my uncleverness and typed. 'Hello, this is the boy you met yesterday at the park, Hunter.' I knew she probably didn't remember my name and possibly forgot about meeting me completely. Though I still knew her name, Al and the way her hair gleamed. I sighed knowing that was a bit creepy.
