She quickly backtracked to lead her scent away, rolled in some wild garlic to cover her scent and climbed up the tree. She squeezed into the hole and waited for Aluebi.

    Dissapointed, the young kitten padded back to the tree, She sniffed it a bit. Weird, this tree smells like garlic!

She couldn't see the hole that Sandy was in, though suspected she was close. As she continued up the tree, she passed Sandy's spot, and found the the smell ended.
