    Loners at first, Then elders, and even their own beloved mother and Father. It was good that we left a lovely Smokey grey she-cat with robin egg blue eyes hissed to herself. Or was it? Should they have left the cruel ways of their clan? Leaving behind their infant siblings and all their loved, NON-corrupt clanmates? She shook the thought from her mind and blinked her eyes turning to her sister, a lighter shade of cream with softer less intense blue eyes. She sat there blabbering on about how they should've saved their siblings, their mother, and Father. Whom her sister looked quite identical to, she watched her muting out the noise of her voice as they sat there by the stream letting their fur dry out a little from their short swim. Then her voice came back to her oddly curled back ears. "We could've saved them ya know, before all that happened if we haven't put off on all the evidence and lied to ourselves" she continued until she snapped. ElusiveDeluions was her name. She leaped to her paws with a snarl eyes blazing with fury. "WHY CAN'T YOU JUST ADMIT WE WERE WRONG!? ACCEPT THE TRUTH SISTER, YES WE COULD'VE SAVED THEM. BUT NO, WE DIDN'T. BECAUSE WE HAD OURSELVES CONVICED EVERYTHING WAS ALRIGHT. IT WAS TOO LATE TO SAVE THEM WHEN WE LEFT" she growled into her face her bobbed tail seeming to wag with frustrating and anger. HauntedSoul sat there with utter surprise painted all over her features, her head pulled back a little. She boldly replied swallowing hard. "We could've if you hadn't suggested we sneak from camp that night" she hissed. Yet, her sister didn't turn back her way, she stared off into the forest at nothing. But it was something, the far off location of their former home, their former cruel clan. She gave a soft sigh of acceptance, "I know" she whispered over her shoulder, HauntedSoul`s ears twitching softly.    [/fancypost]

    IC: A frown grew over Hauntedsoul's face as she thought of their escape. The truth had been too much; they'd had to leave. Stay and you die... Leave, and you are a wanted fugitive. She shook her head, casting a glowering glance at her sister. She could be so sassy, and stubborn.
    Her ears flicked, as if in anticipation of another cat, a survivor, crashing out of the trees towards them with much needed words forming on his or her lips; "Wait! You were both wrong, none of this is true, you can come back. What you thought was evidence against your Clan, is in fact evidence FOR your clan!"
    But nothing happened, no one came to give her those reassuring words. She and her sister were alone, in this together. Together against the Clan and all odds.
    "Sister..." she murmured, shaking her head, her stump of a tail beating once against the ground.
    "We should go. Our innocent clanmates are not lucky, but we were. We are. We could've saved them, we could have. But now, there's no going back." she mewed calmly, though a storm raged in her blue eyes. It was easy to see her words were conflicting her true thoughts, but if they followed her thoughts, they'd be led back to their deaths.
