For there's only two types of people in the world:

Age range is 18-30. Try to keep the genders even.
Ringmaster - Bartlet Jonpoon
This person controls the show. They introduce the acts, narrate what happens, and they get to wear a top hat. They can be seen as pompous and proud, but they have a kinder side, too.
Clowns - Open, Open
These two act in sync. They are filler, for laughs when people are changing or getting the animals ready. The kids love them, even though most of their stunts are done in mime. Juggling, fire-eating, small cars, you name it, they do it. They are very friendly people, and confident. It takes guts to be a clown. They have some rivalry with the Magician.
The Magician and Assistant - August Wilder and Rosemaire Murch
This is another filler stunt, and the Magician resents that. They are a bit full-of-themselves, but they are quite good. They pull rabbits out of hats, pull coins from behind children's ears, and chop their assistant in half.
The Assistant is a vital part of the magician's show. She gets people's attentions, gets the props, wears the shiny outfit, the works. She feels a bit under-appreciated though.
The two have some rivalry with the Clowns.
Acrobats - Odessa Le Meay, Soren Reed, Ava Barber
These three are a team, and have deep bonds. They fly about in the air, walk on tight-ropes, make the stunts they do seem easy, and they trust each other completely. They almost always stick together, even after the circus is over, they eat with each other, they sleep near each other, etc. They are all daredevils, but, even if one is to have feelings for another, they must stay professional in the ring in order to stay safe.
Animal Tamer - Nathan Middleton
He gets to stick his head inside of a lion's mouth, run elephants around the ring, and look cool the entire while. He work closely with the Rider, and can sometimes be a little arrogant. He often work late into the night, caring for the animals.
The Rider - Anna Dewitt
Also called the Show-off, they do stunts on the back of the beasts that the Animal Trainer controls. They work closely with the Animal Trainer, thus, and are often very proud and show-offy, which was what led to the name.
The Fire Dancer and Performer - Holly Norwood
She does anything and everything with fire. Eats it, juggles it, the possibilities go as far as the flames. While this is a semi-filler act, it is well-received. The performer is experienced and brave, you have to be in order to not get hurt.

Personality:He is an open and friendly person, as he says, never keeping his secrets from anyone, but will guard a friend's with his life. He is extremely loyal to his big-top family. He is very trusting, but turns bitter and cold if hurt.
He is very practical, and clever. He can sometimes be seen as blunt and rude, but he isn't fond of mincing words, and prefers to get straight to the point. Though he isn't overly book-smart, his cleverness has gotten him out of many a sticky situation, which he would be happy to tell you about. He loves to tell stories, and they gradually grow more and more embellished as time goes on.
He can be arrogant, proud, and selfish, but he usually means well. He has a sweet heart, but is oblivious and accidentally hurts someone. He has much self-confidence, but sometimes doubts himself, his purpose in life.
Why they came to the Circus:
Born and raised in it by his father, who was the Ringmaster before him.
