Sandpaw has, well, sandy coloured fur, and dark brown and white markings that give him a 'wild cat' look. The pattern of his fur easily lets him blend in with sandy ground. He has a tough guy appearance that, give or take the stoney expression and muscular build, makes him seem unapproachable. However his calm, pale green eyes show otherwise; he is genuinely a big softy and not as willing to start a fight like his sister. Even so, beware of him on the battlefield.

.: Personality:.
Is a bit solitary. A friendly cat who always wants to help out but stutters and doesn't really know how to be 'social'. He's a tough guy on the outside and a fierce opponent in battle, but he cries when he thinks about his parents and little sister.

.:History:.
His parents died in battle, and though he loved his mother he wasn't overly upset over his father's death; he and his sisters had been abused by him.
One day as a kit he decided to go outside of camp by himself. His little sister Featherkit followed him and, due to the colour of her pelt, was spotted and killed by a passing hawk. He has never forgiven himself, believing it was his fault she died.

Sandpaw stood upon a cliff, overlooking a slow-paced river. For a few heartbeats, he stared down at the water and watched as it swirled by. Then without warning the sand coloured cat leapt down into the cool river and let the current sweep him away.

Lunapaw has long and fluffy black fur with tufts of white on her chest. She is small and lean, practically blending in with shadows, making her a skilled, unseen predator. Her eyes are a dazzling shade of blue, a colour either so calming and beautiful you forget that she's trying to kill you, or so bright that it seems to pierce the depths of your soul. Every dawn she makes sure to sharpen her claws to razor sharp edges, just in case the day's plans go 'amiss'. Her entire demeanor is one of fierceness; any opponent can tell that she is a huntress, and they are her prey.
Just a warning, do not underestimate her because of her size.

.: Personality:.
She is strong willed, the pain she feels makes her stronger. She suffered the abuse of her father more than Sandpaw, and it made her tougher as well as colder. She likes to vent her anger through fighting, and she pushes through any challenge put ahead of her, no matter how hard. Always seeming to be either annoyed or expressionless, others assume she feels no emotion, which is not the case. She just has a different way of showing that she cares. She is always there for her brother, protecting him and silently comforting him.

When her father died she felt no loss for him. In her mind he was the heartless individual who gave her scars. But she was very close to her mother, and she still silently mourns for her.
She doesn't blame Sandpaw for Featherkit's death, but every hawk in the sky is prey in her eyes, vermin that the world should be rid of.

The night air grew colder as a small black cat stepped out of the shadows and into the moonlight. Piercing blue eyes scanned the forest landscape while her nose searched for a particular scent. Upon finding it, the cat automatically crouched down, slowly inching her way forward until her target came within her sight. To her misfortune, the wind shifted, carrying her sent toward her prey. Without hesitation the creature fled in the opposite direction, and with a hiss the cat sprang after in. It wasn't long before she caught up, pinning it to the ground. Another of her kind whimpered below her outstretched claws. "Lunapaw! Please, forgive me!" It wailed. Without change in her cold expression, Lunapaw growled, "I don't forgive."
