    Kami and Hairu both slept soundly at least until the morning. Kami got changed into her uniform and headed downstairs, she didn't eat breakfast in the mornings and wasn't sure if the others did or not so she stood in the kitchen doorway

    Mika came down stairs holding a notebook filled with writing she sat down at the table. Her body was paler than usual and she felt hot and very very tired.


    Tadashi came down "So what's for breakfast?" He spoke out loud before he saw Mika looking different.

    "I didn't know if you guys ate breakfast or not, I'll make eggs real quick." She told him but turned to Mika "are you feeling okay?" She asked with a friwn

    Mika nodded before coughing


    "You went outside to write." It wasn't a question. "Eggs sound great thank you" he told Kami before turning back to Mika "You can't go to school like that." He grabbed a thermometer and held it to Mika's mouth who refused at first until it was shoved in there. "Yep you're not going anywhere you have a 101.4 temperature." Tadashi sighed, he couldn't stay at home he had several tests today which meant Kami and Hairu probably also had some.

    Kami turned and began to cook, just doing scrambled eggs, enough for everyone but herself. Setting a plate to Tadashi and Mika she looked between the two "I can come home early to help you if you want." She offered to Mika

    "No, no I'm fine" Mika was saying before she began coughing. Tadashi gave her a stern look and she gave him a small smile "At least I got over my writer's block." She told him before they both began eating "Thank you Kami"

    Kami nodded and took a seat just as Hairu came down stairs rather noisily "I made breakfast." She called as he glanced into the kitchen. He didn't make eye contact before grumbling about how he didn't eat breakfast before leaving

    "Mika's sick. We need someone to just give her medicine, check her temperature and make sure she rests" Tadashi explained with a sigh "Kami and I both have tests so neither of us can"

    "She's eighteen, I'm sure she can handle herself." He said flatly before turning and heading off into the woods. He was dressed in sweat pants and didn't have a shirt on so he was obviously going to train.

    Tadashi sighed before muttering "@sshole." He trudged back inside and sighed as he finished his eggs. Mika was finished with hers so he picked her up and brought her to her room. "Now stay in bed, unless you are hungry or need to use the restroom. I'll bring all the water and medicine you'll need up. And I mean it. REST! You need to go back to school tomorrow" He told her as if she was 5.

    Tadashi got everything Mika needed before reminding her to rest and walking downstairs. He saw Kami and grabbed his stuff "Thank you. Sorry Mika is like a 5 year old when she's sick." Tadashi told her opening the door and walking outside

    "It's okay, I don't mind waiting." She said before walking beside him "so are you participating in the run today?" She asked curiously. Today was the schools monthly three mile race around the school that almost no one ever finishes.

    "Yes though I'm not all that fast" he told her. They walked along quickly, running a bit behind because of Tadashi helping Mika.

    "It looks like a lot of fun." She said thoughtfully as they walked. She glanced up to the sky, it was a nice sunny day but it wasn't too hot. Kami had always wanted to do the run with her friends but she never could make it so she didn't even try, not wanting to burden those who ran with her though she always went out to support those who ran.

    "Can you not run in because of your lungs?" Tadashi asked when it finally clicked with him. Maybe they could jog together part of the run. Tadashi personally thought he was pretty slow but according to many others he was fast. He just figured no one really had stamina since he usually placed in the top three.
