H[O]LD ON [ kit birth ] THE STARS ARE BOUND TO CHANGE

Elusivekit soon came into the world with a small,squeaky mew as he crowded close to his mother. Although he couldn't see or hear anything yet,he could feel another small body next to him and his mother's heavy breathing. Why was she breathing so hard? Elusivekit didn't know the answer right away,and his mind was all kinda of foggy. He let out another small squeak and pressed himself against his mother's belly. Her belly fur tickled his nose,and he sniffed his mother's belly and sneezed. His nose was crowded with all kinds of different smells and it left him slightly dazed. He smelled the warm comforting smell that he was in,he smelled some type of plant that smelled a bit bitter,he smelled the forest and all the different things in there. Giving a little huff,the tiny serval kit curled into a tight ball and wrapped his tail around his paws.

Elusivekit twitched his ear and stretched his tiny limbs out and rolled on his back,looking for the right spot to sleep. This kit has so much to learn,so much to see and do. But,for now he was content being beside his mother and sister.

Elusivekit suppressed a soundless yawn and stretched his stiff limbs. His small whiplike tail swaying,he staggered up on wobbly paws and swayed side to side like his tail. He put a shaky paw informs of another and made it all the way to his mothers face before tripping on his own paws and collapsed on her paws. He wasn't hurt though,but that sure was fun!

Elusivekit let out a tired yawn and flopped over on his side. This had been a very exhausting day for this young kit,even when he didn't do much. He let out a tired mew and soon dirfted into a hazy sleep.

It had been two moons since Elusivekit's birth and the young serval was thriving in Darkclan. Of course,he was still a kit,he wasn't going to deny that,but,he was very close to being an apprentice. Two moons away to be exact. And he was excited. Maybe Lancelot could be my mentor! the young tom put the wild thought in his head with a smile. ...Or maybe Rubytuesdays! Or maybe... Elusivekit thought but he blinked away the thoughts,because he was getting dizzy. For now,the two-month kit would just have to wait and see what the day and fate decided to give him.

Elusivekit glanced up from his nest and gas sped. "Mom!" he said and bounded over to his mother and wrapped his tail around her legs. It was rare to see his mother come in and see him,much less actually going in! He soon separated himself from the older she-cat and gave his tail an embarrassed lick. "Um,Coffeekit and I have been doing well,we can't wait until we're apprentices!" he exclaimed with a smile. "What about you?" he added. There was actually a lot he wanted to tell his mom,including that he had powers. For example,one day,a queen thought he was missing all day,but he was there the whole time. So he had Invisibility. Great. And he can smell,hear,and see things far away,and sometimes even he could taste or feel too. So,he had super senses too,awesome. But,the most startling one is that he had multiple possessions as well. He actually did find out,he just sorta knew. But,he really didn't want to tell his mom,because he didn't want her to worry.
