[fancypost borderwidth=0pt; font-size: 11px; font-family: arial; text-align: justify; width: 350px; text-transform: lowercase;] Nightrose walked through the rough, new camp that laid within the tunnels. It was dark, dim, but not quite so. The light from the cliffs that the cavern opened up to added a bit of cheer and sunlight to the underground area, she could deal.
That wasn't however, what was on her mind. She kept thing back to her conversation with that cheetah, curse herself for not remembering his name. Yes, she would need to remember his name, why she wanted to she did not know, but had a small idea on why.

As the cheetah was humming a low tune, wandering about camp, he spotted Nightrose. That was her name, right? He couldn't remember so clearly. Verudite paused, patting down his messy fur and approaching the she-cat. "Uh, hey." He wasn't usually so informal - he was just distracted, but by what, he didn't know.

"Hello." she answered, the black warrior meeting the cheetah's eyes. "Do you like the new camp?" To her it was a bit too dry and dark, but she could hide if she wanted to be alone, so it suited her well enough.

    [ yeah XD ]

Verudite nodded. "Yeah, I guess it's great." He smiled awkwardly, looking down so he wouldn't stare into the she-cat's eyes.

[fancypost borderwidth=0pt; font-size: 11px; font-family: arial; text-align: justify; width: 350px; text-transform: lowercase;] Nightrose looked at Verudite, wondering why he was so shy. Did she said something? No, she hadn't said three sentences. The warrior squinted her eyes at him, trying to figure him out.

Verudite tensed, feeling Nightrose's eyes on him. He relaxed his body, hoping the female didn't notice.

[fancypost borderwidth=0pt; font-size: 11px; font-family: arial; text-align: justify; width: 350px; text-transform: lowercase;] "Do you want to hunt or something?" she asked, breaking the silence.

  • "A hunting trip? Can I join?" Whisperingpines was quite bored with hunting and patrolling, but there wasn't anything better to do. It kept her paws and mind busy so she wasn't forced to be in a cycle of negative thoughts and boredom.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=transparent; borderwidth=0px; width: 400px; font-family: hoeflertext; text-align: justify;][size=8]
"Uh, yes, why not?" Veru was glad for the distraction, as it could keep the awkwardness away.
    [/fancypost]

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0][justify]"Hope I'm not interrupting anything." Fangstar chuckled as he made his way over, allowing his soft blue gaze to sweep around the miniature crowd. He noticed the cheetah and trainee conversing from afar, but since Whisperingpines came over he decided he'd might as well approach as well.

"If you're going hunting, I'd be glad to come along. Spring seems to be coming quickly, fortunately for us." The cougar rumbled, deciding to throw another statement into the air during the brief spell of silence.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=transparent; borderwidth=0px; width: 400px; font-family: hoeflertext; text-align: justify;][size=8]
"Oh, hello, Fangstar. You'll be welcome to come a long! Maybe we could wait for a few more minutes, as to wait for some more to join, if they want to." The awkwardness between him and Nightrose has lessened, now that others has come. He let a small, polite smile traverse across his features, reverting back to his normal self.

[fancypost borderwidth=0pt; font-size: 11px; font-family: arial; text-align: justify; width: 350px; text-transform: lowercase;] Nightrose dipped her head in a silent act of respect towards Fangstar. "Thank you for joining us." she mewed, then nodded in agreement with what Verudite had suggested.

    [align=center]CHARACTERS;;

    [/fancypost]

  • Whisperingpines purred toward the leader, glad that he was joining them. She didn't know Fangstar very well, well...she didn't know anybody really well. But she was respectful of her elders and her leaders. So she was grateful for his presence. It was nice that he was actually making himself known - a stuffy old leader that didn't make himself/herself known would be not good. "Glad you could join us."

  • [fancypost bgcolor=transparent; borderwidth=0px; width: 400px; font-family: hoeflertext; text-align: justify;][size=8]
Verudite nodded his head again, looking around to make sure no one was just about to join. "Maybe we could head off now, as no one is planning to join us, apparently. Or should we wait for a few more moments?"
    [/fancypost]

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0][justify]"Glad to be able to come!" The cougar chirped rather happily, pleased that the present warriors were so friendly. He liked cats like that, really; grumpy animals sort of pissed him off, and their pissy attitude rubbed off of him as well. So, Fangstar usually stayed away from those kinds of animals. "Going now seems to be a good option, if someone wants to tag along then I suppose they can catch up."

  • [align=center]
[fancypost borderwidth=0pt; font-size: 11px; font-family: arial; text-align: justify; width: 350px; text-transform: lowercase;] "Let's try down by the lake, on the side that hasn't been damaged by the landslide." she suggested.

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px]"I will be coming; if you don't mind." the dark furred male asked, though it was phrased more like a sentence than anything. Brokenblade hadn't been on a patrol of the sorts in quite awhile, as the male could be called very lazy. But that was soon to change with the new co-own, hopefully.

Nevertheless, the member felt like he was intruding something, and felt the need to politely carry on the conversation. "How have you all been doing since the landslide anyways?" Brokenblade questioned, friendly blue eyes turning towards his clanmates.

  • "Fine by me!" Whisperingpines mewed toward the newcomer. She was grateful so many cats were willing to pitch in and help with the Clan. The Covenant was going to be strong because of this. No matter how many times they got attacked, they would prevail. They just needed to keep their herb stocks and their prey fresh stocked.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=transparent; borderwidth=0px; width: 400px; font-family: hoeflertext; text-align: justify;][size=8]
"Sure." Verudite glanced over at Nightrose, then flicked his eyes towards the horizon where the lake Nightrose has indicated would be, probably. Then answering Brokenblade's question, he said, "The landslide hasn't bothered me too much; I'm fine." The cheetah looked at the ex-Innovation chief, returning back the friendly gaze.
