how do hp's get demoted and promoted?

    - Ic rule breaks
    - Ooc drama/rulebreaks

    imo high positions are promoted for being consistently active, loyal, and being at least semi literate with a fitting personality for their rank's duties, and they're demoted because of inactivity, ic rule breaks, not doing their job, etc !! :>

    Promotions:
    - Descent activity
    - ICly and OOCly fair and creative
    - Loyalty
    - Shows potential (leadership skills, great persona that fits a high position, etc)


    Demotions:
    - Little to no activity
    - Involved in OOC drama/multiple or major rule breaks
    - ICly takes advantage of newbies and normal ranks because of their own high rank.
    - Openly opposes the leader multiple times (ICLY)



    that's all I can think of right now :3
