    The kitten slid up, almost bouncing with excitement. Wow, a big apprentice!!

    Southy's gaze turned towards Darkkit. "Darkkit, you have reached the age of six moons and will now be mentored. Crossingborders - though your promotion to warrior was only recent, I believe that you will work well with this young apprentice. Darkkit, you are Darkpaw. Congratulations." Southy purred, happy for the kitten.


    "Ladykit. You have also reached the age of six moons, and it is your time to become an apprentice, like all the others. I will be mentoring you. Congratulations, Ladypaw." The leader smiled in the direction of the kitten happily, tail swishing.

    joustkit couldn't keep it in. she was so excited! she was going to be an apprentice! she jumped over, watigin fro her cermonie.

    "Th-thank you, Southernstar," Darkpaw mewed as calmly as she could manage.

    Southy beamed. "You have a lot of potential, Ladypaw." She told to the kitten, before moving on. "Joustkit. You have reached the age of six moons and it is now time for you to become an apprentice. You will now be known as Joustpaw, and your mentor will be Redpanda. Congrats, Joustpaw." The leader smiled down at the two.


    Southernstar then looked at Apollo. It brought back memories of Standardprotocol - the tom had been so friendly, but then he had fallen inactive. She remembered him crushing over Embercityflame... "Apollo, you do not have a proper Clan name, and it has come to my attention that you would like one. Seeing as you are not yet apprentice aged, you will be known as Apollokit." She smiled.

    Apollokit nearlynjumped out of his brown tabby paws, "Thank you SouthernStar! I'll be the best and loyalist kit you know!"

    The doberman offered a small smile as she padded towards the meeting ceremonies to watch, they seemed interesting. Something she had never seen before, and instead of making a fool out of herself and speaking with the tone of voice that usually set others on edge. She kept quiet and her ears pricked up as the dog tags around her thick neck jingled slightly.


    The kit seemed happy to change his name from Apollo to Apollokit, was it possible she could do that? And a mentor? Wasn't that someone who trains another? All these terms mystified her, and just so she could understand better, she stuck around to watch for any other ceremonies.[/justify]

    StandardProtocol looked up and noticed Embercitypaw. His heart suddenly stopped. I- I thought she was dead! Stumbling forward he stood to face the beautiful she cat, "Ember..." he looked her in her eyes, she was so much bigger, stronger... They were grown now... "Great Starclan! Ember!" he ran and hugged her as tight as he could, "You told me almost 6-8 moons ago we would always be friends!" He felt tears waling in his eyes.
