[fancypost borderwidth=0pt; font-size: 11px; font-family: arial; text-align: justify; width: 350px; text-transform: lowercase;] Anna giggled as she waltzed into the camp's clearing, then set three birds in the middle of camp with the rest of the group's food. Today she was going to try and teach some young 'uns and not so young 'uns to hunt high up in the branches of trees, and eventually, she might even privately teach them how to hunt pigeons on the ledges on buildings in the city.
"Who wants to learn how to hunt in trees? The special way?" she called, hoping to attract at least quite a few trainees. She'd always specialized in the heights hunting, ask Eridan and her loner friends, they'd tell you.

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][size=8]Locke had never really hunted much in any lifetime as, evidently, herbs were her passion. But, in all the time she had spent on earth, she had learned a thing or two on catching prey and fighting. Albeit she carried a bit of experience under her belt, hunting in the trees had never crossed her timeline. It was never too late, right?

Now the sole Oracle of the Black Heart Rogues, she had more to do. It was only Flamenco and herself, which, truly, was all this clan needed. Not to say Talia was unwanted or unnecessary, but she didn't see any need in promoting another trainee, or at least not yet. Deciding to venture outside of the medicine den, she approached Anna with a lazy yawn, "I might as well go-- slow day in the den." Knitting her shoulders in a tight yet effortless shrug, the scarlet and ivory canine sat down briskly but didn't get too comfortable as she was aware they would only be in camp for another few minutes.

[fancypost borderwidth=0pt; font-size: 11px; font-family: arial; text-align: justify; width: 350px; text-transform: lowercase;] Anna smiled at the oracle, beaming actually would be a better word. "perfect! I think we should wait for more to gather, it could be huge!"

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][font=georgia][color=white]At Anna's call, the newly-made trainee trotted over, deciding that tree-climbing sounded interesting. But could she do it, considering she wasn't a feline? "Is it even possible for coyotes to climb trees? 'Cause if it is, I'm so in,"

Freya padded over, her ears pricked with interest. "I'd like to learn this special way." She meowed, bobbing her head. She knew how to climb and was okay at chancing squirrels, but since her time in her snow leopard body was pretty new, she was far from expert at climbing and hunting. Since she couldn't climb as a wolf, up in the trees were a foreign to her.

Anna lead them through the back alleys into the woods, and directed them all to a large, old oak tree.

There was a special way of climbing trees? What was that, jumping up them like an assassin? Soren would try his best to ignore the special part, but he still wanted to try out this different way. Without saying anything. the black smoke followed Anna, not even saying that he was coming. Instead, he just gave a nod to those who he could see through his hazel eyes,

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 450px;][justify][size=8]"Hey, I'd like to learn this special way." Lachlan pointed out as he slipped into the ever growing crowd of others. From the friendly tone he had before, his voice changed into a more sarcastic manner as he spoke again, "Psh, its not like I'm bad I'm climbing. Just curious."

[fancypost borderwidth=0pt; font-size: 11px; font-family: arial; text-align: justify; width: 350px; text-transform: lowercase;] Anna smiled, her eyes twinkling with untested excitement. "Okay, everyone up the tree!"

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][font=georgia][color=white]Anna's reply sounded a tiny bit cliche, but the young female nodded all the same and looked up at the tree, but not before shooting Lachlan a friendly smile. "How do I get up?" she asked, forcing herself not to sound nervous. It wasn't like she could claw her way up the tree like a feline could, right?

"Use your teeth or something," Soren muttered, being sarcastic. He honestly had no idea how the animal was going to get in the tree in the first place, and in all honesty he wasn't too fussed about that right now. Instead, he was more focused on getting himself up in the trees. So, carefully, he began climbing the trunk.
